I visited this salon expecting a professional experience, but was disappointed from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting and no one at the front desk, so I had to initiate interaction myself. During my service, I politely asked the nail technician to switch sides instead of pulling my right arm across my body, as it was uncomfortable. He refused and attempted to continue by pulling my arm rather than accommodating a simple request. When I expressed discomfort, his attitude became dismissive, and the manager defended the behavior by saying, "that's just how he works." I found this response unacceptable. Customer comfort and basic courtesy should be a priority in any service business. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. I came to this place because it is very close to my house. First time Zizi was very nice, even it's impossible to understand her. I still think if you live, work and especially manage business in America, you should try to learn English. I was surprised why such a nice, pretty big place is not busy at all, never. Now I know why. Extremely unprofessional, nasty, rude people, they have no idea how to treat customers or be in business. They probably still think they are in the village in Vietnam ( they bring their kids to work with them, like in the village). Always at least 30 min late, even every time when I make an appointment, I ask, please call me if you are late, that I don't have to come and wait in the salon. I live 2 min away. Not once they called me. I stopped doing my nails with Zizi, because I tried to tell her to fix the shape of my nails, I didn't like the shape she made. She didn't like it, and was trying to convince me that she knows better. So I took the file and file my nails myself. She didn't like it. Last time I came, Zizi and another girl were doing manicures. No one lift their head and says hi. Honestly, never saw this ridiculous behavior in any salon. Finally the pedicurist appears and prepares the pedicure station for me. It's 15 min after my appointment. I asked if Nick is here, because he does the manicure. Yes, he is here, she said, he is eating. Who cares, that you have appointment, he is eating and doesn't give a damn. Btw, I leave him $10 tip, I am wondering how I would be treated if I leave him $2? I said nicely to Ana ( the pedicurist), I have an appointment 15 min ago and asked to call me if he is not ready. At this moment, this piece of trash, Zizi, gets up and open her garbage mouth and starts screaming at me. I don't understand her anyway, and have no desire to talk to her, because she has no idea how to talk to the customers. I asked her to be quiet. She told Anna not to do my pedicure. Unreal! This WAS my nail salon for 3 years. I really wanted it t nails and I have acrylic. This past Dec was the final straw. I was convinced GelX was going to be safer better and last longer. I explained to her that I was headed to Cabo for vacay and wanted my nails to look nice for my trip and impending photo shoot. 11 days after getting the GelX they began falling off. I lost several nails while in Cabo and had to hide my hands for the shoot. I called them when I returned and spoke with Nick and he said he would fix them, however he couldn't get me in until days later. The fact that they wouldn't get me in right away to correct THEIR mistake shows me they're not about their business nor do they care about their regular clientele. I go monthly and even take my daughter they know me in this shop. I will not continue to spend my hard earned money at a business that doesn't value or appreciate my support. Since leaving this salon, I've found a PHENOMENAL nail tech who takes her time, cares about her work and is professional. If you want your nails to fall off and want to wait because they have no nail techs then support this place. Otherwise save yourself the time, energy and money. I see a lot of comments about them being rude and I have to agree they aren't friendly here or seem like they want to be at work. Can I give a zero rating? Went to get my nails done. I got a Bio gel French tip and regular pedicure with callas remover. I've gone here many times before. I must say if Zizi is there then go! Otherwise don't bother and it's ultimate waste of money. My French tip was outrageous and uneven. When I asked if they could even it out they said I would have to get "dip powder" which is extra money. I don't understand why I would have to get a procedure done that costs extra when I already am paying extra for the French tip ? In regards to the pedicure. My feet look dirty and callas is ridiculously still there. I have nail polish all around my cuticles (that were barely trimmed). It looks like it was done unprofessionally. It's very unfortunate. I went to this nail spot today for the first time. I'll never be back today, Sunday at walked in at 4:26 after seeing online that they are open until 5 I decided to stop in and get a polish color change because tomorrow is my birthday and my current color is chipped. When I walked in I was greeted by a man. He asked me what I needed. I told him just a gel nail color change, he looked at me extremely rude and said "we're closed" I said "huh?"and confusingly looked at my phone and told him online says you are open until 5pm. He said "I don't care we're closed" I asked him why are they closing early today and he blatantly ignored me, I asked him why he was being so rude and again he ignored me. A lady in the back must've overheard what was happening and she came out and said "you need a color change? I can help you" she ended up helping me and doing my nails and we even got done before 5...4:45 to be exact. She was nice and I'm thankful she helped me but He was so rude and I will never be back here again. I asked the man if he was the owner and he said no "I'm just a man who works here" When I asked the lady if he's always rude like this and why he was being so mean, she just laughed it off. Walked in on a Thursday and was immediately seated for a pedicure even though there were three other customers. Everyone was very very nice. I do agree with the other review that not all the ladies spoke great English but they were able to communicate with me just fine. The spa chairs were clean and the tools they used were all in fresh bags. I got a "Deluxe Pedicure" for $30 and it was nice. It included a mini hot stone massage which was lovely. I feel like $30 is a bit pricey for a pedicure but it's on par with what you get in this area. My cuticles are a little sensitive so the cuticle bit hurt a little, next time I go I'll just ask them to not do the cuticles. They have an ATM in the corner and it seems like there's a small discount for using cash but I was able to use my credit card without issue. It's nice to have a nail salon so close to my house, so I'll be back! read more

This place is near my home and I wanted to support a local business. There were two customers other than me in a huge storefront and I had to wait more than an hour as they only had two nail techs that were assigned to do gel nails. They kept telling me " five more minutes" Then at the beginning of my gel manicure I told the guy that I also wanted some "sparkle " on my nails ( via extra polish, designs etc) got done and when I asked him about it he said he forgot. The only plus is they did a beautiful job on my nails. Will not be going back again read more
