Had an amazing experience at Infinity Nails-Moore OK today, the entire staff was so welcoming and nice. I had not been to this location since the new ownership had taken over due to living further away, you are offered beverages while you are getting services done and i enjoyed a freshly made Vietnamese coffee which was delicious! Mimi took care of me today and was fabulous! She was able to execute everything I wanted and looks even better than the photo I originally showed her. My nails before were the coffin shape and she successfully reshaped them to a perfect almond shape. My nails are very thin and natural looking even with acrylic on top , I am so very happy with the way the way my nails turned out and will most definitely be back highly recommend! read more

So let me start by saying... I love the decor. The business is awesome, not ghetto, they offer you water and soda. They have a great variety of polish dip excellent variety . But I went on 1 November one of my friends nail designs was already chipped 5 mins after leaving the shop (they offered to fix it the next morning due to it being so late), on the 3rd my nail design started to peal off, now its 12 days later and most of my nail designs have chipped away or came completely off. O yeah not to mention I paid for a full set for my teenager and her nail broke on the 4th of November. Not sure if its their products or they were having a bad day but I will be looking for yet another place to go in moore to get my nails done. read more

I gave a 3 cause my daughters nails already broke and she paid 50 bucks for them. Broke on day 4. My nails and pedi took 3 hrs from start to finish. Cost is higher than any place I've been before. Went in on a Saturday called ahead for a 2:40 appointments for 3 was told ahead of time they could get two then shortly after would get the third. We arrived they told us they put me in the books for 3 we waiting til 3:30 to get in the chair they did give us a discount voucher to make the right! My friends both got great service but Daniel did my nails and was very rough I ended up leaving with nail marks on the sides of my fingers even after saying ouch multiple times and it taking 2 hours in the chair. He had to have another tech come do my design with was fine but I had to tell her he had messed up and glossed my black nails when I asked multiple times for matte before he would fix it. I ended up here after stubbornly not making an appointment at my usual place and finding them unavailable. I have a friend who raves about this lace so I decided to try it. The atmosphere is truly lovely and the ladies are really nice. They have a great menu of services including facials and lash extensions. Your nails are done at a bar (hence the name) but the barstools are pretty uncomfortable. As I mentioned, the ladies are really nice which was good because I was left waiting for the person to do my nails for at least 15 minutes. When he finally decided to make an appearance, he seemed disinterested and rushed. I've been using dip powder for months so I understand the process of removing the dip. Steve filed all the way down to my natural nail instead of just through the top coat. He had to stop several times to check the heat. He never once asked what I wanted in terms of shape and length so my nails are longer and less pointy than I wanted. He also cut me several times while doing the final filing. When I said, "ouch," he just kind of laughed. After ouching 3 times, he finally asked what was wrong and tried explaining that he was filing my cuticles. My usual place does that, but is much more careful and gentle. So, I write this with 5 cut fingers and lumpy polish on too long, too round, crooked nails. So I made an appointment for 4:30 today. I got here on time and I am just now leaving at 7:20. When I would say something looked wrong Katy would try to cover it up rather than fix the issue. It was multiple times through out the process when I would point out a mistake and she would continuously say it will be fine when it's done. When she was done and put the clear top coat you can see all the defects ten times worse so I said I didn't like them. She then got her manage and her manager said if she puts the colored nail polish on top it would fix it. This is when Katy left and Peter stepped in. Still with the colored polish you could see the defects. My nails looked like they had cellulite. The manager then said it looked fine before they put the colored polish on. But no, they didn't. I wasn't satisfied at all. The nail tech Katy after making most of my fingers bleed continuously used the nail filers and top coat while bleeding and did not throw the items away properly. I literally wasted almost 3 hours of my life to come out with my hands looking like this. I will say this, Peter was really nice about the whole thing and I do feel bad that he had to clean up the mess. The manager says that Katy only goes to help out on Sundays but I know I will never go back. My sister and niece got their nails done as well and they as well aren't to happy about there's either. My sisters has some "dip" looking effects to hers & my nieces manicure looked completely different on each hand. One looks shiny, the other looks matte. Needless to say I will not be going back, & I hope you all choose to go to a safer place. *I would have liked to not give this place any stars but I am only putting one & that is only because of Peter. This place is extremely beautiful on the inside and something I've never seen before. There is an actual bar that is set up for nail services. There aren't too many nail technicians so I can't imagine what would happen if a crowd of people walked in. There was only one other person in the salon when I got there. The prices are a bit higher than most places. The baseline for pedicures are $30. I got the $50 green tea service. Overall, I am happy with how everything turned out. read more

Honestly I decided to give this place a chance because it popped up on instagram and it seemed decent but the overall quality of nails is NOT worth the price its set at. I paid $75 (thats without tip) for a full set of nails and theres no rhinestones or art on the nail itself, its just basic glitter and it wasn't what I had requested. The nail lady completely did her own take of what I had wanted and she kept telling me to trust her but I felt really iffy about it. The glue from the nail tips seeped to the sides of my nail beds and wasnt filed down correctly and the nail shape is almond stiletto but I had asked for just almond. I have an infection in my toe from the lady just digging in it, making it bleed, etc. when it was time to get my nails done, the employee sat there on her phone and talking to the employee next to her for 7 minutes (yes I counted) before anything was ever said to me. Walking in, the were clearly unorganized and busy. No one greeted me and I was unclear on what to do. After seeing a check in but absolutely no pen, someone came to help. He asked if I had an appointment, which I did, then a woman came over and said that I scheduled it within the last two hours and she "didn't want her website to do that so I needed to come back in two hours if I wanted a manicure". Been here multiple times with decent service but the past few times were terrible. To start out I made an appointment at five and wasn't helped until 5:25. All I asked for was a simple soak off of the terrible dip they did last time and a pedicure. The man ruined my nailbeds and I thought that It just had to hurt to get the nail off but that is false. No customer should ever be in pain when having any nail work done. After my nail beds were ruined I looked forward to my pedicure And halfway through him filing and taking off the polish of my toes I asked do I not get the water referring to the pedicure water that every other customer had. I went to the nails bar to get a polish change. I made my appointment the day before not sure what I wanted so I told the owner who answered the phone I had shellac on my nails, told her that and made my appointment for the next day. When I finished getting my nails done, the owner of the shop starting complaining that when I called I didn't tell her what I wanted. Next time you tell what you need. She was rude, and made me feel awful, my experience was ruined. She is pushy, outspoken, and obviously has had no costumer service training. I will not be going back. We couldn't understand anything they said and by the end it was apparent that they couldn't understand us either, I wanted to use my natural nails and one was a little short so I asked to put a fake one on the one nail. He then clicked all my nails short and they charge to add the fake ones! Then instead of the purple I wanted he used glitter. I want to love this place and I've continued to go back 3 times hoping things were just a fluke. I love the location, love the interior, love how it's never busy...but maybe this is a sign? First time I walked in and got a dip manicure. The girl I had and everyone in there are all super nice, which is why it pains me to write this. But she drilled my cuticles a few times, apologized. It just seemed like she was new maybe it didn't have as much experience with the tools but my nails turned out great. Literally the first dip manicure I've had that's lasted 2 weeks without nails popping off. Went back to see the same girl, she's been on vacation so I saw Steve. He's awesome. He said he just started working there but he's sassy and fun. He seemed to rush through my appointment. When he was soaking off my dip, he was wildly splashing acetone all over the place, got all over my hands and he used way too much for what was needed. Didn't noticed until I got home but my nails were uneven and had bumps towards my cuticle area. Decided to try one more time, found out my girl was still on vacation. Walked in and had a very nice girl start out with me, was excited until I realized I was being passed off to Steve again. I wasn't sure how to say "can I have someone else please?" without coming off rude. My nails are already chipping and are even lumpier and uneven looking this time. Absolutely THE WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon I do not write reviews at all. But I had too for this one! I went in to get my nails done and there was literally no one in there like no one ! She asked me to pick a color so I'm trying to looks through the color palates and she was rushing me really but I'm like no big deal I can pick a color after she takes my nails off . She used a fake tip nail to take my nail off and she was being SO ROUGH like SO ROUGH I had a hang nail and she was tugging on it but still I'm like maybe she's heavy handed AND THEN she got the drill out and was burning my nail beds, and burning my cuticle line she talked about nails being wide which I don't care I already knew that everything in me as telling me to leave but I honestly wanted to give her a chance AFTER all of this and she began to put the tip on my pinky finger nail and she asked if my finger was crooked !!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER SHE WAS SOOOOO FUCKING RUDE . I left. And I've had pretty bad nails but I still stick it out and pay but this I just could not !! read more

I have been going to another nail salon pretty regular for a few years. I noticed The Nails Bar as being new so I decided to try it out a few weeks ago. I got the owner, Tracy. She did such a great job. They take their time and are friendly. My friend was with me and we were all laughing the whole time. After we finished, Tracy was showing us some of the new colors and add ons they can do. So we had already decided what we wanted the next time we come in. While there I did get some stones put on my nails. I didn't expect the stones to last until my next appointment. A few of them had fallen off. I went in to see if Tracy would fix them, but I really wanted to try one of the new colors she had shown me. She happily changed my nails that the stones had fallen off to the new color with no hesitation and she didn't charge me. I will be coming back for sure for this kind of service! read more
