I have back pain that is so bad that some days I can barley walk. But since I don't get massages often (this was only my second one ever), I didn't do the best job communicating exactly what I needed at first. After my initial one-hour session, I realized my main problem area (my lower back) didn't get as much attention as I needed. My boyfriend called on my behalf to ask (very politely) if there was any way I could come back in, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. She had me simply pay the difference to extend the session. During the extended time, we spoke about the areas that have been causing me ongoing pain. She was very intuitive and able to find the problem spots without me having to over-explain, which made a huge difference. I'm only 27 and very active but been dealing with chronic lower back pain for a long time, and it affects my daily life a lot. Being able to finally get some real relief meant so much it literally makes me emotional talking about it haha.
