This is a great full service spa with access to the hot tub, sauna and steam room as part of your service so come early or stay late to get the full experience. The staff is very welcoming. Great day spa and perfect location when you are staying at the resort. Everything in the facility was really nice and not only can you enjoy wonderful and relaxing services, they have a beautiful hot tub, dry sauna and steam room to enjoy before and after your services. I would have given it 5 stars but for two very small things-I expect the spa to have an aromatherapy touch meaning it should smell like a relaxing spa. I never smelled anything, not even during my "lavender peppermint" née massage. The other is the lighting in the waiting room should be dimmed, not full bright! I'm trying to mentally prepare for relaxation after all. Tip: be sure to give them your players card for a discount at checkout and be aware they will automatically include a 19% gratuity. I will definitely be back to this spa. Perfect way for the girls to spend the day while the guys golf or take your significant other for a couples massage. Amazing! From the robes, to the hot tub, steam room, and sauna--we haven't even gotten to the massage yet?! What?! Need to feel like melted butter--this is the place. Best day of my life! The massage and facial was wonderful and loved the spices and herbs they used, even bought the lavender mask they used. I wear it and dream about the day I can return. Dropping review to 4 stars. Service and facility still great, but 20% service fee no longer goes to staff that provided service. Price should be the price and if they want to add a standard gratuity fee, that makes sense. A $20+ fee that goes to the casino on top of the regular price--that confuses me. read more

For a weekend getaway, my husband and I stayed at the casino. The icing on the cake was a day at The Nee Spa. My initial impression was meh. Just seemed like I was walking into your typical product-pushing salon. Even the young girl behind the desk didn't seem super amused to be there, let alone have me show up 25 minutes before my appointment (I know, I was a bit eager, lol). Once I was escorted to the changing rooms and actual spa area though, I felt transported to a completely different facility. I loved every attention to detail from the rolled hand towels and variety of skincare to use at your disposal to the decor and ambiance. I changed into my robe and slippers and proceeded to the relaxation room. I was there that I was greeted by licensed Esthetician Toni Frost. This was my first time getting a facial and I had no idea what to expect for my Nee Signature Facial. Toni was warm and welcoming and at no point treated me as just another client. By the end of the appointment, I felt like I had been going to Toni for years. If I wanted to talk, Toni obliged. If I wanted to relax, she kept quiet. After the facial, I felt relaxed and beautiful! Once I waited a few minutes back in the relaxation room, I was taken back for a Nee Signature Massage. I can't remember the lady's name but she was spectacular! By the end of my appointment, I felt more relaxed than I have in years. Would love another weekend away at this spa!! read more

I dread getting my hair done....or did until I discovered Nee Spa. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the pricing was comparable to other local salons. Bonus to going to the Nee Spa is valet parking, access to all spa services, service didn't feel rushed, stylist wasn't tripping over other stylists, and appointments weren't stacked on top of each other given the ruched and hectic feeling. Another patron got a pedicure while I was there and I was REALLY impressed with what I observed and will be going back to get one. It looked GLORIOUS! I think there is an automatic 20% gratuity added to all services. I read that it goes to the casino and not the staff but I did not get an itemized receipt so I can't confirm this. I didn't realize my receipt wasn't itemized until I had gotten home and I did not like that. That was the only negative. Oh and my daughter and I both got a color and cut....We loved it!! read more

My Down syndrome brother went to have a massage, mind you he's 38 and gets weekly massages at a Indian casino in California. He was told that because of his "limited speech" someone would have to sit in the massage room and be present when he gets a massage. For one, he is independent with his own house, his own cars and very capable of communicating what he wants and doesn't want. They act as though he's an Alien who is dangerous to be alone with. I've never seen such discrimination against a person with a disability, especially another Native American. I worked for a 4 diamond Tribal casino with a spa that would never do this. Someone in management is dropping the ball greatly. Hopefully they learn that this is not how a spa/ an Indian casino is conducted. read more

Sorry. Room was not prepared for the treatment. Room was very cold. Became heated as time ticked. Spa esthetician took time to set up and then had the bright light on my face for almost half of the treatment until I told her to turn it off. No extractions either. Facials are not supposed to be under a bright light on your eyes. No mask. A ton of face massage. Did not enjoy. Very expensive. The front desk treats you more like a number than a spa client. Adds on 20 percent service charge onto the already high bill and then tells you it's not for the esthetician tip. .... won't be back. read more

I will never go there again. The hair cut was very disappointing. One side was as much as three inches shorter than the other, and the rest was very uneven. I even had to go to a "real professional beautician" to have my hair cut again to fix the many mistakes. Some sections are so short I have to try to hide it and hope my hair grows out fast. This is not how a hair cut by someone who is a professional at a spa should be. I hope no one has to go through what I did. read more

I spoke to 'Ethan' who sounded disorganized/or new. Nice kid. He told me he'd call me the next day to confirm the reservation because the 'system' kicked him out and he couldn't book the treatment. So I called him the morning of to make the appt and he told me 2-80 mins were still open for us. Cool. So, My appt was to start at 2:30, yet they didn't come get me until 2:40... And the massage didn't start until 2:50... I thought they were starting late, but I asked the masseus if this was an 80 min massage and she said that it was a 50 min... She apologized and told us that it was only a 50 min massage and that Ethan booked it incorrectly. Apparently this wasn't the first time he's done this. They worked with their supv to give us a discount- very sweet ladies to do that for us. The massage was great, but their mgmt needs to understand that the first person we talk to or meet is our first impression of their business. Spa was decent for the price- the pools at the hotel were not part of the amenities of the spa (first for me). They should include that in the package. read more

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of extras like sauna, steam room and hot tub. Unfortunately, the lockers were "lock at your own risk " because they may or may not open afterward....also the steam room was out of order. However, I went for the massage and it was one of the best massages I have had in a while. Garrett was my therapist, and he had great technique, found and worked on my knots....and even knew when it was time to give up on releasing it and move on...so his timing was great, as well. They add 20% service charge to the $75 massage price, so it is not cheap. But for a spa massage and all the amenities...definitely worth it as a treat. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place! I took my fiancé here for his birthday, we got the Couple's Retreat, which includes an hour long Champagne-infused Sugar Wrap and an hour Hot Stone Swedish Massage :) Plus an entire day using the other amenities, such as the steam room (our fav), hot tub and dry sauna. Showers, robes, comfy sandals and a hair/make-up dressing room with furnished hair products, so that you may glam up again before going out to dinner and playing at the wonderful casino! Words cannot explain how absolutely perfect this experience was! The staff was so helpful, thorough and entertaining! The facilities are immaculate, gorgeously designed! Our therapists, Jess and Sara were the best, so fun! We were so comfortable with them, made us feel like family or long lost friends! They gave my fiancé a gourmet cupcake for his bday too, that was unexpected and so sweet :) After our Spa experience and feeling so relaxed, we felt like having a drink. Guess what? There is a bar station called Lover's Leap literally 10ft from the Spa. Perfect ;) Highly recommend the Downstreamer Mixed Drink! Overall, we loved it, we were in heaven! well my daughter and I come every year for a weekend, message and pedicure and manicure, the message was fantastic the girls back there always do great, but the other we will not waist are money 90.00 apiece , the girls acted like they didn't want to be there mine shook so bad, did not get the full thing the girl I have had before was great , but not this one and my daughter girls messed up several time and when working on her feet she cut to low and started bleeding and her hand are sore from her cutting to close, mine just painted and little rub, my polish on my fingers started coming off within 2 day, very poor job this time my daughter said never to schedule anymore would rather spend on the message are message started on time, they came after my daughter for her manicure , but 30 min later came after me, so we didn't get to enjoy all together. read more
