Excellent family lawyer. A friend had the occasion to use this lawyer and he had to be the best damn family lawyer on the planet. He really takes up the cause of women who are about to get the sh**ty end of the stick in a divorce - the guy is a miracle worker. Kim was opposing counsel in my Divorce and she freely gave a lot of my pension and Any future raises to my ex husband. Who does that. I was bullied into nothing from his pension plans. I'v been waiting for an opportunity to warn people about this attorney. A few years ago he represented myself and family in a divorce. He took all of my parents money and gave all the work to his paralegal. He did not once look at any paperwork or evidence I submitted to further investigate my ex-husband's income, etc. To top it off, his colleague told a dirty joke in my presence with both my parents in the room. terrible experience! Run the other way to find a qualified attorney. This was amateur hour. This law firm mishandled my divorce case from day one and it ended up costing way more than expected... 3-4 times as much... The divorce stipulation years following its signing did not hold up in court. The wording of the stipulation was picked apart by my ex-spouse's attorney. The court agreed with him, that this document was poorly written and was highly flawed. My attorney was out-classed, and looked and sounded foolish as she sat there and could not even offer a shred of defense of the document she had co-penned years earlier. Once again this ended up costing 3-4 times than was estimated, and I lost my case. I was sincerely embarrassed by my attorney's poor performance. If you are shopping for an attorney, the most reasonable is not the way to choose. The positive reviews here are based on customers 5-7 years ago when there was a more qualified staff running firm. If I had to redo my divorce it would definitely be with another law firm. This law firm should consider a new career. They have inferior legal knowledge and their strategy went out the window when we got into the court room. My lawyers inability to represent me was obvious. The way she folded like an accordion was laughable(not funny at all!) and it was an embarrassing experience. I had the truth on my side and she still couldn't win the case!!!
