This pub has been here for as long as I can remember, but has changed hands several times, I'm pretty sure it's a Brewer's Fayre.
We went in there with my cousin and her husband, who were over from Australia. The place was virtually empty, and in honesty there was no atmosphere at all. I felt disappointed from the beginning. However our main purpose was to continue our news telling and gossip.
I had 'Mexican chicken' ( I live in hope) but it was anything but Mexican. However, it was rather good tender and good flavours. My cousin has lasagne which had obviouly been microwaved and her husband had rump steak. This seemed a good choice.
It seems that you have to walk yards and yards of corridor from the carpark end before you get anywhere. I did use the Ladies and felt very disoriented when I came out, they were clean.
I'd go in for a drink if it was someone elses idea, but not really on my list now, The staff were friendly. read more
