Tara Cragen was the most unprofessional, incompetent and inappropriate excuse for an actual lawyer. She dropped the ball repeatedly and cost us extra money for to her lack of follow through. She repeatedly asked for documents that were provided weeks prior. She was not responsive with calls nor emails and ultimately the reason the court date was pushed back 3 times. read more

Worst firm ever. You can't depend on them to actually do any work or file paperwork. I had a court order that they refused to follow through on which ended up with me being charged with contempt. Fraudsters at their finest. read more

Retaining the Nice Law Firm and attorney Matthew Daly was a waste of time and money. No effort was made to file exhibits or counterclaims. I was not even notified that a decision had been taken. I only found out via My case online. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this firm for any legal matter. read more

Response was - "This review was posted soon after the hearing, and before any court order was issued with the actual outcome of the hearing", then it says ""It is important to note that all of the terms were by agreement of the parties, and that the court order simply recited all of the agreed upon terms". I know what I saw and I know what I heard and it is my opinion that I would never use this law firm again unless I was a custodial parent. read more

My first lawyer wouldn't communicate with me until I asked to be transferred to another lawyer. My second lawyer left the firm. My third lawyers child got sick. When I finally got tired of the dishonesty at I hired new representation who gave me more information in one phone call than I got in months at Nice Law Firm. Nice charged me $2300 made 0 progress on my case and imagine my surprise when I found out a Complaint for Partition of Real Estate was filed by my own representation without my knowledge or permission. These people CANNOT be trusted and will take your money while rolling the dice on your future. read more

I had contacted a total of nine attorneys. But Adam left the best impression of all of them. It felt as though he would acutally fight for me in court. To ensure I was picking the right attorney, I decided to meet Adam personally. The office and staff was presentable and professional. After meeting with Adam I knew he was the right Attorney to represent me. I decided to bring my family with me to my meeting with Adam.At this meeting Adam was great to my family and I, especially my children. This was very important to me, because this case could have personally affected me and my family. Almost immediately Adam erased any lingering doubts I had about his having too many cases to deal with me personally, or being overconfidant despite his good record. Although Adam was very busy, he was accomdating and made sure that he was reachable at all times. His staff and attorneys were on top of their communications with me regarding all urgent info or immediate changes. They were methodical and attentive. There were times that I was worried about my case. Whenever I became distressed I was able to speak with Adam either over the via text, email, or over the phone. Knowing that the team at Banks and Browers was on my case I was always reassured, and was able to sleep easily. I am really grateful that my case is over and that I had a great team working on my side.

I emailed the agency and communicated everything to the agency reps, and in return they put a red flag on my name in their system.
