Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. After reading all the good reviews, I thought I would reach out and get some information as a first time home buyer. Well they took all my info, ran my credit and I never heard back about anything. They emailed me asking if I could talk on the phone but of course they wanted to call me when I was working so I emailed them back some times that I would be available to chat. Well I never heard back from them after that. A week and a half passes by, then I get an email stating that they "closed my inquiry due to no activity". As to which I replied that they never got back to me after I emailed them. I have yet to hear back. It's unfortunate that I now have a wasted inquiry on my credit report that I will never get the info for....*rolls eyes* read more
