The owner went above and beyond to help my daughter pick the dress of her dreams. We inadvertenly went past closing time and you would have never known. She was patient, kind, professional and treated my daughter (and the rest of us) as if making my daughter happy and helping her find the perfect dress was all that mattered. She was lucky enough to find the perfect dress and we returned today Janary 31, 2025 to try it on and pick it up. Again, she was an absolute delight. The dress is beautiful, again customer service was the absolute best. You cannot go wrong with Hers Bridal!

When I entered the establishment, another customer informed the sales lady that I was there. I was not greeted or welcomed. Still I browsed until she was available. Ultimately, I was told she only shows by appointment and had no dressing room available. I could look since I was there or do whatever. She stated that her sale dresses were $600 and others started at $1,000 and went up. At that time there were two sales women addressing me and other customers listening. I did leave as I did not feel welcome at all. I am happy to report that I returned back to Alexandria to a shop I was at earlier that day, was welcomed back with smiles and found the perfect dress and paid for it in full! If you're shopping for a wedding dress, I suggest going where you won't be inconveniencing two cranky women.

disappointed as usual. my niece had a bridal gown appointment in which her mother was asked when we…read moregot there if she had gotten some packet in the mail with instructions for the appointment, which she did not, so we were already frowned upon at that point. she had also went by the day before to verify appt and give ideas for the dress she was looking for. no mention of pkt at that time. you are only allowed three people with bride. there was six of us. again, frowned upon. salesperson asked if she had a budget and she was informed by brides mother the amount. every dress that she tried on was way over budget and when the bride was not sure about the first couple of dresses, you could see salesperson was not interested anymore. felt pressured to buy that day, continually stating to bride, which was not paying, the prices of the dresses and discounts if buy out of stock that day. have been to this store before when my daughter was looking. very disappointed then, also. very rude.
