I did a Google search for caterers in our area, and Catering by Liz popped up. She also came in as a strong recommendation from our aunt, as they catered to events that she had been to in the past and was impressed. So that sealed the deal and we went with Catering by Liz. We are so happy that we went with them. The service and professionalism are outstanding. Harmony was our point of contact and she did an amazing job. She is great with communication and always responded to our emails within 24 hours. She also accommodated our work schedule and was able to set up an appointment on a weekend for the tasting. The sample menu that they have is pretty extensive but not exhaustive. We chose some food items from their menu that went along with a Greek theme since we were married in Greece. We also requested to see if they could make some foods that we had while we were there. We showed Harmony pictures of the foods we wanted and told her what was in them and what they tasted like. She said she would forward it to the chefs to see if they could do it. We were so pleased when she emailed us to let us know that they were able to recreate the food items...and the food was perfect (if not better!) The guests at our party were in love with the food and kept raving about it. We also had a bar service set up where we provided our own booze and they provided the rest (bartender, glassware, ice, sodas, juices, etc.) The bar service was excellent and the guys working behind the bar were on point. I never saw a long line for drinks and everyone was happy with their drinks and the service. We are very, very pleased with the services that they provided (and at a very reasonable cost!), and will not hesitate to use them again to cater for any large parties that we may have!

Jenn is so easy to talk to and such a good listener; she made sure the ceremony was how we always dreamed it would be and more. Our ceremony was intimate and very sweet thanks to her. Not only she included our preferred rituals and personal beliefs in the scripts, but she also made sure my parents felt comfortable attending the ceremony in a foreign language by thinking about a translation of the whole speech for them. Jenn and Randi helped us with the planning of the reception as well. Thanks to their very nice taste in food, music, decorations and clothing we and our family and friends had the greatest time. The Unbridled Bar is like nothing I had even seen before. As soon as I saw the pictures, I knew that this was exactly what I wanted for my Farm Wedding. We were having a country chic theme, and what is more country chic than a cute and fancy horse trailer for a bar? I reached out and heard from Sarah very quickly. We arranged a meet up, and soon after were signing the contracts. Sarah is inventive in her ideas and enthusiastic about her craft. She was always one step ahead of my questions and super responsive. When all was said and done we made choices for signature drinks and beer options and I was so so excited about them. We had a strawberry and jalapeno margarita and a mint tea and whiskey cocktail, and they were both so delightful! Additionally we had two beers on tap and two wine selections. Once the orders were made at the liquor store and a local beer location, Sarah really did handle all the rest. The day of the Wedding her and her husband were there to serve our fabulous drinks and chat with us as well. Everyone at the wedding raved not only about the drinks, but the amazing bar, the cute decorations, the super sweet bartenders and everything else. We met with Sarah to get the surplus alcohol the week after the wedding and she returned the kegs for us.
