We departed from Montrose Beach. We were able to bring our own drinks and snacks for the sail. There were 7 of us total at ~$100/person. It was a clear, hot summer day perfect for a cruise. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept the passengers involved by asking questions along the way. We appreciate the architectural history and diversity of the Chicago ski even more after this tour. Most passengers were on the top level to enjoy an open view of the city. If you want to do the same on a hot summer day, make sure you book the 10AM cruise before it gets too hot since there is no shade or umbrellas on the top level.
