The owner was awesome as usual. Had an Amazon return. Seller only provided 1 label for 2 boxes so it showed it was never delivered to me. They only provided 1 returning label, so we took everything out of 2 boxes and double bagged it in a 2 double bagged trash bags, so we could use 1 label. Probably the reason it never showed it was shipped to me in the fort place. Luckily for them I am honest. I appreciate her taking the time to think outside the Office Toolbox. Ha ha pun intended. I came in when they were transitioning from the previous owner. While I was speaking with the sweet lady at the desk, a man in back began insulting the previous owner. He was blustery and really off-putting. I would say that that single encounter turned me off of the place.
