We stopped in after lunch and they were in the back, making treats. The shop has all kinds of things. It's small but packed. The flagship macarons are sold in multiples- baked right onto the paper square so you can divide the sheet easily for sharing. They also have large size ones. The cookies are tasty. Service was prompt. It's a tourist thing to do, so I'm glad we did it.

There are no two caneles that are the same, each bakery has their own style and texture. This is located near the tourist bus area or the Cardinal hotel. Very easy to find.
