I spoke to both my mother and mother-in-law and nothing has come to their doorsteps. Sweetpea's didn't bother to even call me or e-mail to tell me that the flowers will not be coming. I'm assuming they won't be delivered this evening. Even if they are, the whole point was to have them delivered to be enjoyed during the day on Valentine's day. I will NEVER use this company again. The fact that they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that my order will not be completed as it was supposed to be shows a general lack of professionalism and a complete lack of respect for their customers. I'm hoping to get my money back tomorrow, because there is no point in getting Valentine's Day flowers after the actual day. Very disappointed!!

I ordered the Teleflora's Pretty Pastel Bouquet - Standard and made a quick note in the comments section about what I liked most about the arrangement. The online system was very simple to use (it looks like many florists use the same system) and I placed the order on Mar 10, 3 days in advance of the desired delivery date of Mar 13. I was a little apprehensive about placing an online order with a florist without any verbal/email communication but decided to give it a chance - and am so glad I did! The arrangement my mom received was absolutely stunning and even more beautiful than I expected!! I didn't specify a delivery time - the arrangement was delivered in the afternoon on the day requested. My mom has texted me multiple times about how much she loves the flowers and even said (and I quote): "I think these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received in my life. In addition to making a note on the delivery card to deliver as "late as possible," the individual that delivered the bouquet asked the security guard of the building to hold on to the bouquet and contact the recipient at a later time than when they actually dropped it off.
