This place is now a Chinese eat in or carry out. Probably only pro is that it's one of two restaurants open in the Dingle area that is open late and serves food. We got here about 30 minutes before closing and we were able to get our order in quick. However, I was disappointed that they wouldn't let us sit and eat at the restaurant, so we had to get our food to go. We ordered a variety of dishes including spring rolls, chicken in ginger sauce, chicken in curry sauce (they ended up accidentally giving us tofu in curry sauce), and beef and broccoli. Portion sizes were good. But I must say as someone coming from the US, the Chinese food was disappointing in taste and quality. read more

Lovely, lovely place. We were in Dingle in May 2009 and ate here for dinner one evening. We sat in the second room, which is open and airy with walls of windows looking out onto a little creek that runs through town. The atmosphere is cozy and yet classy. We both had fresh fish (how can you not with Dingle Bay right nearby?). It was super-fresh and delicious! We enjoyed our dinner here... it was one of the best of our entire 10-day trip! read more

After dinner at Global Village, we came here for drinks. We had a lovely late evening sitting outside enjoying drinks by the creek. We were the only ones sitting there, which I think made it super special. I enjoyed my sparkling wine by the glass, while hubby's Irish coffee left a little to be desired. I love their patio area and would highly recommend it as a stopping-off place if you've been walking around Dingle and want to rest a spell while enjoying lovely weather. Contrary to what is written here this restaurant is under new management and very much in business. We went here on June 9 and had the Cod and the Salmon. Both dishes were outstanding, superbly prepared and seasoned perfectly - clearly an outstanding Chef. The atmosphere and the service were great - we really would recommend this restaurant - the small stream in front of it makes for a very romantic setting if you dine outside. read more

Pros = Good location, nicely decorated (not overly touristy, although the lightning could do with a revamp), pleasant ambience, menu looked good. Cons = Service was awful. We visited in late June 2016. We were left waiting 15 minutes+ to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Most of it was sectioned off as reserved (fair enough). The server got bored half way through clearly a table for us in the section overlooking the river. He then left us waiting while he took payment from another customer. Then he went off and started delivering food from the kitchen, leaving us waiting yet again. No communication when this was queried. Just left waiting. Verdict = It is a great pity about the lack of customer service. The place looked nice apart from that. read more
