My partner and I went into The Olive Grove yesterday, Friday April 5 2024. We were craving their lasagna - which for me says loads bc I normally don't like lasagna. On arrival, my partner and I scrolled the Menu, even though our plan was to have the lasagna. At the last minute I changed my mind and had the Turkey Club sandwich. Not only was there Turkey, but also Avocado; Bacon; Lettuce; Cheese; and Dressing. I wasn't disappointed! It is one of the nicest sandwiches I have ever had! To come here, to write a review, based upon a sandwich, I know ..... odd ..... but thats just how good it was! The highlights of the sandwich: * The bread was light, fluffy and fresh as fresh could be. * The bacon was crispy. * The dressing that was on it but it was the perfect accompaniment. Update: They do not respect their posted hours. Menu shows deli platters as available until 4 pm, however they did not serve us at 3:31 pm. Frustrating. read more

Been going for years and trip bought us back to Ballarat and was just delighted to see one of my favorite places was still serving the same high quality food. A really enjoyable lunch and the thick shake served in the steel mixing container full was just an eye popper. Great job all round. read more
