Went here yesterday had a terrible experience I paid 73$ for 1 hour waited 45 minutes then got a 40 minute massage. These people are also racist I wouldn't recommend black people to go here. I was definitely profiled as soon as I walked in the door. Had my first visit today. Deep tissue massage was what I ordered and it was ALL THAT! I went in feeling stiff all over and left feeling totally relaxed. The language barrier was the most problematic issue, but she was very nice. The atmosphere was comfortable and soothing. The massage therapist was the only person there and would also have to answer the phone when it rang, and once I had to help the person on the phone asking questions about services. Overall, a good massage, but I didn't like the fact that whenever she took the time answering calls that it deducted away from my massage time. 60 minutes will end in 60 minutes no matter the delays. The facilities were very nice and clean .Having paid for an hour I disappointed that the massage per the wall clock only lasted 50 minutes. Additionally I paid for a $70 deep tissue and basically received the $60 massage . The final straw was when I was challenged to leave a tip for an overpriced service ( massage vs deep tissue ) that was short on time ( 50 minutes instead of the 60 minutes paid for ) . While I wish this business success they need to provide what is paid for and skip the pressure for a tip which is generally reserved to reward a good service which in this instance was not provided. read more

Update on The One: we've been there several more times and still love it. Right now they only have one massage therapist, so we can't get two massages at the same time. However, we've made a great communication breakthrough; Jennifer showed us how to use Google Translate to have a conversation with her when we had something more complicated to say. I was able to tell her about my arthritis and she gave me a special treatment with Chinese oils that made my knees feel so much better. read more
