Great location and right in the middle of a busy business center with lots of interesting restaurants and shops! The Ferris wheel is huge and you get a great view of the entire area. Lines are very long.

5/5 and I'm picky. Service was beyond incredible. We timed it to watch the fireworks and they were able to advise when to get on to watch from the top! It was very special. We had our photo taken and everything, throughout the entire process I was blown away by the hospitality. The drinks and the bluetooth music playing were plusses! I didn't expect the ride to be THIS good. I would recommend it to people visiting!

Such a beautiful view! The cabins were limited to individual groups so you were granted the privacy to really enjoy the view and experience. The cabins were also pleasantly air conditioned, spacious and allowed for Bluetooth connection so I was able to play my little one's favorite songs while in the sky. There were a few downsides unfortunately. The ticket pricing is a little steep and despite joining the wait as soon as it was open, the line took forever! We were waiting for a really long time and a significant portion of the line is outdoors with no real ventilation. It was a miserable wait. Additionally, although there was a sign indicating that strollers were allowed, only certain people were permitted strollers. We were told that we had to leave ours and this was not planned for. It would have been a safer experience if we were permitted to have our very energetic toddler in a stroller, especially since the area near the cabin doors have spaces and made me very nervous. It was a nice family experience though.

I went to this in the evening as the nightlights would be nicer. However, there was condensation on the windows so you couldn't see clearly . They offered the ride again but would've be the same. I think they need to clean off the windows . I went back next day for a daytime ride. Or the same effect but was able to see out clearly. If it is inclement weather they stop the ride which is what occurred last time I tried to get on. They offer drinks to purchase at the beginning since it is a 20minute ride . The best part, it wasn't busy both times and we had the whole car to ourselves instead of a bunch of others with us. A nice ride for all ages . You can purchase package deals with other attractions for 10 dollars more for each one chosen .

As a local I have visited Icon Park plenty of times. My mother was in town to visit and wanted to ride Teh Orlando Eye. There is free parking in the parking garage. We had to purchase tickets on the kiosk machine right inside the front doors to the building. The tickets were VERY EXPENSIVE. We were able to walk right on the eye and the 2 of us got our own pod due to low numbers of people riding it. The pod was very dated feeling. I remember riding the eye right after it first opened and it felt so fresh, new, and a luxury experience. This time it felt run down and not super clean. The experience only takes you 1 trip around. The construction of Blue Man Group takes away from the experience too. Once at the top and looking around, it is hard to understand what you are looking at in the area unless you are from Orlando or have alot of knowledge of the area. I wish the pod had signage to tell people what they were looking at in different directions. The upside was that you could pair your phone Bluetooth to play music of your choice.

What a fun experience! I had a tight schedule and thank goodness there was no line! The photographer greeted me with some green screen photos before I headed to the platform for my ride. I was so amazed and excited to see Orlando from so high up! I also get to pick my own music in the cabin. It was also a perfect opportunity to watch sunset! I bet this is a hit for Valentine's Day no matter which time of the day you go there!

Parking is Free in the ICON Park Parking garage on levels 4 & 5. Guests can enter the park for free, but if you want to experience all that ICON Park has to offer you have to purchase tickets inside. Tickets for the wheel are $30; however, if you're going to take the time out of your day to come to ICON park you will probably stay for a while, so I recommend purchasing a combo pass or the PLAY pass, so you can check out some more of what they have to offer. The Wheel ride lasts about 20-minutes and since it is 400 foot high you get a great view of the Orlando skyline and beyond. I am not a huge fan of heights, yet the wheel moves so smoothly and slowly that I hardly noticed how high we were until we were nearing the top, and we were at the max people capacity of 10. One of the fun things about the experience is you can connect via Bluetooth to the sound system and play the music of your choice. You can also purchase drinks from the bartender and take them with you while you ride. I rode the Wheel back when they first opened in 2015 and I recently rode it again while my family was in town. This is a great ride for groups. Its not a super exciting or thrilling but it's a ride just about anyone can do at any age. If you haven't experienced the Wheel at ICON park, I highly recommend checking it out.

The Wheel at Icon Park is one of those things that you can't miss. It's 400 feet tall! It's located inside Icon Park, which has tons of restaurants and fun touristy shops. Our niece wanted to go on it, and thankfully, we ate at Uncle Julio's and I noticed there was a discount inside that offered 40% off or something great. Florida resident tickets are $20 and I think non is $29 or something like that. I was picturing more of a Ferris wheel, but each "pod" is enclosed and air conditioned, which is nice. There is only a tiny bench and the middle and none around the table edges which is kind of a bummer. To really see the view you've got to stand. Loading and disembarking was fast and seamless as it moves verrryyyy slowly. Honestly it was a little boring, but I'm glad I did it (and at a discount). Now I never have to do it again.

I won some rides at a auction so here we are on a cloudy day heading upward. It was better than I thought. It was clean and I felt Safe as long as the fam stayed away from the doors. It was busy so it was a easy on/off. I did enjoy that we were able to bluetooth Christmas music during our ride. The view is nice and so outstretched. The icon park in a whole is nicely laid out with food vendors, attractions and family fun activities. Employees were helpful and the place was full of holiday spirit during this Christmas time. I can check this off my bucket list.

This was a really fun thing to do if you are a first time visitor of Orlando. We decided to do it at night because I thought it would be prettier, but I think it actually would have been smarter to do it during the day when you can see everything. It is pretty darn expensive for what you are experiencing, though. Parking was easy, getting into the park was easy. The guy running the Wheel was not so great. It takes about 20 minutes to go all the way around, and you have your own little enclosed pod. The pods have A/C, tinted windows, Bluetooth speakers so you can play your own music. There is a bar right before you go in, so you can take drinks in with you. I'm not sure exactly how many people each pod holds because there were only 2 of us, but they are quite large.

    Leanne N.

Purchased a 2-round plus drink ticket that was incredibly worth. The facility is incredibly clean and the ride is very modern and secure- the 360 panoramic view is relaxing and comfortable. There is a Bluetooth speaker in the pod to play your own music in that automatically disconnects when the ride reaches back to the start. We went in the day and got a great view of Orlando and would love to visit again in the night. Each staff member we talked to was respectful and genuinely welcoming.

    Joyce L.

As part of a combo pack along with Sea Life, the tickets together were about $55 a person. As we headed to the ride we were asked if we wanted a picture, which gives more opportunity to charge tourist fees. We declined and got right onto the cable car? Not sure what you call it. Anyway we got on, ride was about 15 minutes and basically you're looking down into the roads, rooftops, etc. The skies were cloudy that day so looking down was pretty dreary. There was a prerecorded audio introducing different areas of Florida, ads for other attractions, etc. The ride was slow but it was a little underwhelming for me.

The Wheel at Icon Park is such an amazing experience. I visited free thanks to Yelp Orlando Elite Squad, but tickets will run you between $25-$40. Completely worth it. Takes about 15-20 minutes for the Ferris wheel to go all the way around. There's a bar at the entrance of the wheel, air conditioning, and Bluetooth to play your music during your ride. Very fun. Lots of great views of Orlando.

We just stopped by for our fifth visit, a testament to how much we enjoy the park. So anyway, we drive up from South Florida, get a hotel, make our way over to the park, and or course we are looking to go on some rides. But to our surprise and frustration, so many were closed for renovation or offline due to mechanical issues. For example: The Jurassic Park River Ride and the Pteranodon Flyers were both out of service due to long term renovation. Even the Mystic Fountain was closed! Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls, Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, Kong Island and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey were supposed to be working, but all were offline for a number of hours throughout the day. Maybe we just caught them on an off day or something but it really made the trip a little bit annoying, waiting on line and then being told that the ride is now out of service for an unknown amount of time. And instead of having run, we have to constantly check back on the app for ride status updates. Lame. On a good day five stars for sure, but this time around it was a 3 star experience for me.

I had heard from locals that it's a great local option over the big theme parks. Fun Spot was pretty great, for what it was. Free parking, free admission if you don't plan on riding rides, also a discounted adult pass if you only are going on rides with your kid who is too young to ride alone. The whole place was small, maybe the area of a handful of city blocks. And on the Sunday afternoon when we went, the place was quiet enough that we never waited more than a few minutes to get onto a ride. As we were only there for a couple hours, the cashier recommended the 4 ride pass for my kids, and the companion pass for me. But if one were to spend more hours there, buying the day pass online for $59.95 is quite a bargain. Not all rides were open, but the "big" rides that most kids want (the roller coasters and the go carts) were open. My daughter, who is not a big roller coaster fan, had a harder time finding kiddie rides that she actually wanted to go on, and she watched the go carts and didn't even want to try those with me driving. However, the place was small enough that I felt fine leaving my 10 year old son to go on rides by himself while I went on the Ferris wheel or the merry go round with my 8 year old. There are a bunch of food options available throughout the park. They were definitely more affordable than Disney prices! Most of the places offered souvenir cups with discounted refills, but there were also water stations set up throughout with free cups. I'd definitely come back if I had a few hours to burn and the kids didn't want to go swimming. Hopefully at some point, my daughter will change her mind about roller coasters, though!

Its sole ride, Escape from Gringotts I gave two stars as I found it very lackluster compared to the two Potter themed thrill rides over at Islands of Adventure. The Knight Bus was fun enough for both my sister and I to get pictures by it with its friendly steward and his appropriate accent. I missed the low key entrance on our first go round. As I said I watched the movies in a cloud of smoke and didn't realize it was this secret fandom entrance/exit but the throngs passing through tipped us off. The greater density with everything packed so tightly together and its separation from the other themed areas of Universal Studios Florida makes this Potter themed area more impressive than its counterpart over at Islands of Adventure- even without a magnificent castle. The alleys, the shops, the hand painted signage, the dragon perched high shooting out that massive flame... I can only imagine how hard this hits if you're a Potter fanatic. And though Escape from Gringotts was pretty weak sauce in my estimation the queue and the theming before the ride experience was top notch. They really broke the bank on this, as with the great train ride in. Maybe if I ever go back I'll watch a Potter movie or two sober.

I walked through the warp pipe entrance and into the land, and that was a genuine moment. The colors, sounds, and scale of everything around me hit immediately in a way that was hard to prepare for even though I knew what to expect. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the music threading through the entire area kept the immersion intact as I moved from one section to the next. Donkey Kong Mine Cart Madness is the ride to prioritize and the one that generates the most excitement in the land. I arrived at park open and went straight here, which was the right strategy as the wait times built quickly. Mario Kart is the other major attraction and delivers on the concept, with the Power Up Band integration adding a competitive layer that makes it more than just a passive ride experience. The Power Up Band is worth purchasing before entering the park if I want the full experience. It unlocks interactive elements and mini games scattered throughout the land that let me collect coins, hit question blocks, and track my score on the app. Without it I could still enjoy the rides and the theming, but a meaningful portion of what makes the land special is tied to having one. At around fifty dollars it is an added cost on top of an already expensive day, but for a Nintendo fan it justifies itself quickly. Weekday visits made a noticeable difference in wait times and gave me more room to engage with the interactive elements without feeling rushed. The land rewards people who slow down and explore rather than just moving through it as efficiently as possible, and there is enough packed into the space that I could spend a solid chunk of the day here without feeling like I had exhausted it.

My AB students were SO excited to use their reward and felt super proud of themselves the entire visit. One child did go-kart round and my other child got 2 hours of arcade time. That alone turned what was disappointment into a really fun family outing. There are also shops, bars and some food as well. Nothing special, but a food time if you are a car geek or if you have kids. Everything is individual priced. Oh, they also have Lazer tag. Life hack for the drinkers out there. O07 museum bar has happy hour from 2- 4 daily. It is to the right when you walk in either door. They have $5 specialty drinks during happy hour and they are really good.
