Following a very long drive I showed up to find the unit had mould throughout the bedroom, black water stains on the hardwood, black mould covering the deck, walls covered in large screws and wall anchors, a ceiling with water stains, an inoperable appliance, and other issues which were only corrected after over a month of considerable effort, and only once I advised them I would be terminating the lease through the tenancy board.
