Yes, each course is different, and I prefer some over others but the service and course conditions are usually quite good. The Country Club, formerly Board of Trade, has been around for many years so it's a very mature track with lots of very large trees. We played the West Course and it has a very narrow fairways on the front nine and lots of changes in elevation throughout the course. I like that. Some fool convinced us to play from the blue tees and the rest of us, bigger fools, went along with it. I think that fool should pay for all of our lost balls! The service, as expected, was very good - pro shop, back shop, F&B. The food from the restaurant was tasty and the portions were generous. Prices were reasonable. There was, however, one glitch, we were overcharged for the round in the pro shop. I hope to have this corrected.

When you press the Smart Door Key button in the App, this location's door with unlock. You will hear a clicking sound. This location has limited parking spaces. The Scarborough location is similar to the North York location once you click the button. Many parking spaces. The Toronto West location's automatically opens the door. No need to manually open the door. Limited parking in front of store entrance but has supplementary spots around the Northeast side of the industrial building. The Scarborough location has all of its bays compatible for LH and RH players. This isn't the case in the previously mentioned locations. The North York location has a couple of bays that are completely open to each other. They are not private. However, their Pro level bay(Trackman) is very private with a door to keep noise from an adjacent bay from interfering with your activity. Each local has its washroom facilities. The Toronto West location has two washrooms. As a regular simulator consumer who has used a variety of different simulators(software packages), bay facilities and amenities, time of use options, price/per 60 minutes, tech support; I personally believe that the ownership/management have figured out how to bring in golfers to use these type of simulators with the greatest of ease. They even have an option when/if you get stuck in traffic and need an extra 15 minutes to get there. They simply bump your reserved time forward (if possible) so you don't lose the time. There is always someone to contact (either by phone/text) via the App as well as an intercom(formerly a phone) for additional support for the bay or software. Cameras are watching the bays for your assistance and security of the facility. They have associated themselves with a number of local CPGA Pros to help you with scheduling a lesson. If you are part of a group who are playing in a single bay, you can send a shared link to each member of the group so they can access the door once they download the App. Great idea too! This permits Tracer to know who is in the building and who has access to their facilities. Every person that I have met at the three locations seems to want to keep these facilities working as well as possible. I'm glad that the security cameras are there for our protection as well as maintaining a high level of quality of Tracer's services.

We were visiting family in Richmond Hill from NYC and found David Fritz junior golf academy from…read moregoogle search. My son, who is 7 years old, has always been interested in taking lessons, so we decided to sign him up for 4 days. We had some questions since we are not from Canada. David was quick to response through phone and text messages. Originally, we wanted to sign up for the Richmond Hill location. However, it was completely full for the whole summer. Richmond Hill location has technical training in the morning follow with a 9 hole game in the afternoon. So if you guys are thinking about the Richmond Hill location, make sure to sign up early. The Bruce Mill location offers technical training from 9-12pm and with outdoor activities from 1-4pm. It was a good balance for a beginners to learn and to have some fun. We signed up a week prior for the last week of summer camp. They had 4 coaches for about 15-20 kids, which is a good student teacher ratio for their age group. After attending for 4 days, I can see my son has improved his swing and has been making more contact with the ball. He also was able to explain the different stance between full swing, chipping and putting, and has been asking me questions on how to improve his swing, so I know he was learning. They do have daily outdoor activities. Not sure if it was because it was the last week of camp, I don't think they followed the daily outdoor activities listed. They did spend time tree trekking and playing games in the forest. My son said he didn't see animals which was listed as Wednesday's program. Regardless, my son had a great time and experience there, so I didn't question why didn't they follow the schedule. They don't take pictures of the kids to share with parents. I did ask Coach Michael if he can take a few oics of my son and send them to me. He was nice enough to do me that favor, so I get to see my son in action. My son looks forward to attending camp everyday. We already planned to attend camp next year. He can't wait to go back.

It has a rustic feel and it's similar to a barn, without being gross and cold. The bathrooms were nice, though a bit chillier than I would've wanted. But they were nice. The hall for the reception was really nice and spacious. Good amount of room for the dance floor too. We had a really great meal too. We both have allergies, so we got modified meals, thanks to the wedding coordinator, Hayden. He was really great and super attentive to any problems we or anyone else had. I believe we started with a carrot and tomato purée, followed by a flat rice noodle red sauce 'pasta' which to be honest was too undercooked for me. Then a cut of roast beef, soooo tasty! Moist and just delicious. The side of mashed potatoes was also fantastic. And it ended on a delicious couple scoops of sorbet. It was really such a great meal, minus the noodles, but that's ok.

Red has hole number 9 come back to the clubhouse, Blue 9 ends at the halfway house and Yellow 1 starts at the halfway house and ends back at the clubhouse. I may have Red and Blue mixed up. Nonetheless, if you finish at Yellow 1, you have a long and thrilling drive - if you follow the Yellow track back via the holes, as golfers launch balls by you - or a confusing drive, as you try to navigate the back trails. The course is well matured and kept in good conditions. The place has great elevation changes and if you are not in the best physical condition, take the cart. The course can be long and hard on some of "weekend warriors" who are more in it for the "weekend" and less "warrior." The clubhouse is good for hosting tournaments. The buffet dinners they serve are pretty decent and well executed by the staff. The golf for tournaments are well planned and after 50 years of doing it, they have it right for sure. I've played this course at least once a year in either a tournament or an outing with my friends. I play it seldom because it is not convenient for me, but I would play it more if I was closer to it. Fees are acceptable and I find it worth the value. FORE!!!! Cheers.

Don't sleep on this course just because it's mostly par 3! So underrated. Most of the older…read morenegative reviews seem to be about the restaurant, but the golf course here is surprisingly fantastic. It's a beautiful public par 3 course that offers quite a challenge. With narrow fairways, hazards like fescues, ponds, and bunkers, along with undulated greens, it's a lot of fun. We played with another pair of golfers, and the pace was smooth with minimal backup between holes. I usually tee off from the shortest tee box, but this time we all decided to play the white box (~3000 yards) to save time and also to allow it to count towards my handicap on my app. Let me tell you, it was a challenge. Some holes are not forgiving at all. I lost a few balls, but also found many lost ones, so it was a win-win in the end! There's a couple a holes where there is a shared green between two holes, which was the first I've experienced. Despite the trek to Brampton, it's easy to secure a tee time here, making it a fun and accessible choice for a round of golf. For time reference the group of 4 of us played on a Sunday at 12:40pm all from the white tee box, all walked it and finished the round by 5:09pm so about 4.5 hrs. They also have a nice driving range and green area to practice ahead of your game. The course is also nicely maintained and it was a beautiful day when we went. However, stepping on the fairway I do notice it being soft on some parts so I can only imagine it might be kinda messy and muddy if you end up playing in the rain. We found a green fee special for $50 on Golf Now, otherwise I think it's normally $60 on the weekend. A bit pricey but it is a nice golf course that'll I'll enjoy playing again.

For those golfers who want to hit their drivers more, this course might not be their cup of tea. I was not impressed by this place at first seeing a narrow pathway accessing the first-tee, and returning from the last hole. Golfers and golf carts were stuck at the pathway. However, after playing through first few holes, I found this course was pretty fun to play at. This course opens only for a few years and it is very well maintained. If I remember correctly, the green on the 13th hole is the most challenging one I have ever seen (see photos). For my level, I still got several chance to hit my driver. It is for sure a good golf course to practice our irons though. The regular green fee ranges from $34 (weekdays) to $44 (weekends and holidays) The clubhouse restaurant at this place is one of the best with good facilities, service, food and view.
