We're so glad we found this business! We needed to replace some sad, brown trees but weren't really sure what would look good in our yard AND thrive in the heat. Well, Luis to the rescue! We contacted him on Yelp and scheduled a quote appointment. He confirmed, showed up when he said he would, and spent time walking the yard with us and giving some great suggestions. I caution anyone using Luis for your "TALL" palm tree trimming...we had posted a 5 star review for Luis a few years back and he is an excellent tree trimmer. However, we made an appointment last year for this year's trimming of our very tall palms...and yes, he would have to climb them! But in years past we have made appointments and he has been there for us. This year was the exception! No phone call nothing for our appointment set last year for today, June 5, 2023. Our large palms were not yet flowering, but the stems were visible and ready to pop at any time. Luis did not show...I called at 10:20 am for a 10:00 am appointment no answer, no call back. I called again 12:30...no response, no call back. I finally texted him...his was response was "I'm so sorry I forgot to let you know that I don't climb anymore". His not climbing is understandable, however I'm quite sure he knew he no longer climbed before today when our appointment had been scheduled and our palms are barely pre-bloom. Now, we are back to square one finding someone that can do our trees and now they are blooming and all their flowers are falling into our pool and clogging up our filter system. Yes, had we known a while back, we could have gotten bids and made other arrangements; now we have to figure it out. We have over 20 palm trees on our property in lake havasu that my husband has been doing his best to keep trimmed. Great fast service, Couldn't get ahold of anyone else in Parker to trim my palm trees even though everyone advertises that they want work good luck getting the flakey businesses in Parker to actually show up until I contacted this company! They responded quickly, came out and gave me an estimate via text on my phone (as I live out of town and this is our vacation home) gave me a decently fair price and we scheduled it up for him to trim my trees, he came out and did his job, cleaned up his mess thoroughly leaving nothing on the ground for me to pick up after him, sent me a text telling me he was finished with a picture of his work and I mailed him a check! Done deal!! Very happy with his service and the other tree trimming companies could learn A LOT from this guy as far as professionalism and customer service or just returning a phone call!!
