Hidden back behind some office buildings in St. Cloud is Pantown. They are knocking out some serious IPAs, fruited sours / whats, classic styles, and even some experimental (see Bumfuzzle below!). Cabin-like feel inside with some industrial accents in addition to a patio with shaded cover it is great for a happy hour or an any hour beer. Bumfuzzle A Brown Sour aged in Whiskey Barrels that were used to age cider. Mild apple flavors, vanilla / oak / bourbon medium, and a malty tartness that rounds the beer out. A very complex and dynamic beer! Hoedown Hefeweizen A traditional German Hefeweizen brewed with 100% German malts, hops, and yeast. Medium banana and clove flavor, dough aroma with a slight fruitiness, and medium-light body. Refreshing summer beer that celebrates what a Hefeweizen should be. Things We Don't Say A Hazy New England IPA hopped with El Dorado, Azacca, and Cashmere. This beer was brewed in partnership with over 150 breweries, Hope for the Day, and The Beautiful Mind Project to raise awareness / funds for mental care in the industry. The recipe follows the original by Eagle Park Brewing on top of their Hazy NE IPA Base. Full of hop aroma and flavor, medium bitterness, and a hazy medium body. A great representation of the industry collaboration. Plum Peachy A Sour with Plum, Peach, and Black Currant. They had enough Sours and fruited Wheats to do three flights worth, so I had to ask the beertender what she would recommend. She said this beer was almost out so I took my chances on it since it was very popular. Pleasant mild tartness with medium sweetness. A lot of complexity with the fruit choices that made for a juicy and unique sour.

Hi, I'm visiting from California and I LOVE LOVE this "the classic cream ale." My family has a coffee farm in Hawaii and needless to say I'm a coffee addict. This is the best coffee beer I've ever had!!! Much appreciation to keeping the real coffee flavor. You guys did an amazing job!!! There are so many other beers that I highly recommend: beermosa (come on ladies, who doesn't like a mimosa and add a beer to it...... amazing!!!! Flew this home too!) The Neapolitan, fuzzy, if you like IPAs thd 1917 and resurrection. I 100% highly recommend this brewery to visit when you're in town. The bartenders are knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. One of the best breweries I've been to.

This brewery is WORTH the drive from the cities.... if not for all the beers, the comfy digs and the friendly staff.... he Drop Forge Milk Stout....alone!!!! Hands down! HANDS DOWN the BEST milk stout I've ever had!!!! The staff is always friendly and informative. Brewer Nick doesn't brew good beer... he only brews DELICIOUS beer!! The last few times I've been in I've opted for a flight... or two, just so I can try so many of what's available. But I'm telling you, despite how great all the beers are..... Drop Forge is my reason for the drive!!! This is the last stop of my St Cloud Trifecta Trek!! I start @ Back Shed, head a mile to Bravo Burritos, then another mile here!! It's the most delicious trifecta you'll ever have!! Pantown is tucked away off the main drag but definitely worth the trip!! Cheers!!

When I heard that a new brewery opened in St. Cloud, I was a bit skeptical. It seems like there are always good intentions for breweries in this area but nothing quite lives up to my expectations. I decided to check out Pantown on a Saturday night. It's located in a kind of random location in what seems like an apartment or business complex. Despite of the industrial outside feel, when I walked inside, I was welcomed with a modern, refreshing brewery. It was extremely welcoming, hip and had a great layout. I laughed when I saw the giant tree trunk with nails in t, just waiting to be used. I love how they have the equipment exposed that makes the beer. Always a great brewery feature. We decided to sit in the loft area upstairs which was quieter. There are comfy couches and tons of board games. Onto the beer: they had 6 beers on tap with 2 IPAs, a stout, red ale, fruit beer and a blonde beer. I opted for the strawberry beer and it was delicious. I knew ahead of time there weren't any sours in the menu and I hope they eventually add one on! The beer is fairly priced and delicious, the staff is extremely friendly and the environment is great. Overall, this is a great addition to the St. Cloud area and I look forward to seeing what great beers are in the menu next!

Solid brewery, great ambiance w/ a small outdoor seating area, inside seating and a small loft/upstairs. Snacks (flavored popcorn and pretzels available for purchase). Good selection of swag. Very friendly staff w/ covid precautions in place (masks, table distancing). Most beer options were fruit and sour, Hefeweizen and wheat. Only one milk stout available during this visit.

We stopped by on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy which I personally enjoyed- definitely not as hectic as Downtown St Cloud. The atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and we were able to play quite a few rounds of frogged for free! I would definitely recommend stopping by! They also allow you to food dudes food from wherever which is awesome because you can order whatever kind of food you're in the mood for but they do off small snacks such as popcorn & pretzels

The people were friendly and the atmosphere was great! The beers were very tasty and we will definitely be back! We all tried different beers and we were all raving about our beers! I had the pineapple one and is was very tasty and the beermosa was fun and very easy drinking! The rest of our party had IPAs and loved them!

The venue and location are absolutely beautiful and quite quaint. They have a few year-round options that you can't go wrong with, but I love trying their rotating and experimental options the most. You can tell the love and care they put into the product. They typically will have some sort of charcuterie option, and those are a must. I've never had a better apple than here, and it makes sense. The cheese offerings are always delicious as well. In my experience, the service is top tier as well. The kind where they offer suggestions and have conversations with you. Must stop!

I could come just to wander around and be happy, but that doesn't get the pages stamped, so, in we went. The gal working asked what we like & we told her we don't typically like ciders. We prefer dry wines and dark beers & that the hubs likes his IPAs. She suggested we try the 2 specific ciders the 1 for me based on my wine preferences & the 1 for the hubs based on his love of IPAs. She nailed it. They were both good choices and we each preferred the one she recommended for us, individually. We did sample a sweeter option and, nope, still no go.
