Been using Parking Spot for a long time across multiple airports. Always been easy to use and get in and out. The reason for the bad rating is I think everyone should be aware they have zero cameras monitoring the lots. I find this extremely irresponsible for such a large business and so many cars. My car was rear ended while I was away and I tried to get some info and see if they had video. They told me there are no cameras there. Every single business has cameras now, it's for both your own and your customers' protection. One star because of such irresponsible attitude. Just be warned your car is a sitting duck if you park with them. I was not looking to blame them at all, but now that I know they have no surveillance at all, they are partly to blame. Hey, if you're looking to break into some cars and steal stuff, go to Love Field Parking Spot! No cameras, free for all! Have fun! read more

Whats the point of paying for premium and then waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle? Next time, I'll pay the extra & park at the terminal.

The reservations are non refundable. Schedule got changed and I'm out $146.00. Will never us them again.

So I use the parking spot, however I had a scheduled trip planned for the past weekend. My flight was canceled because of the shut down, and was no longer going to be able to go. Everyone refunded my money hotel, show that we were going to see in Vegas and flight. But the parking spot wouldn't refund nor did they even have to the curiosity to reply to my request. read more

Great customer service!!!!! We discovered our car had broken down when we arrived back, and we were overwhelmed with kindness and assistance from the team at the parking spot one. I wanted to give a shout out of gratitude to Anthony who assisted us in tying to get our car started, Mr.Tracy the manager who assisted in the coordination of the tow truck and his amazing kindness and Ms. Emma who met me with a smile and knew my needs right away! I have used The Parking Spot for years. Your website is not functioning. I tried to enter my email and the password. Told me the password is incorrect. Clicked forgot my password. Told I had an unexpected error. Then tried to set up another account on a different email. It then told me I already had a reservation and the new one conflicted with that. Looked everywhere for a phone number. All I can do is read articles, none of which help. I guess I am not using The Parking Spot on my trip. I will use the regular airport parking. Very disappointed. read more

My wife and I use the Parking Spot #1 at Love Field when catching a flight due to the convenience. We recently parked there on 12/20/24. No issue. When returning on 12/22/24, we attempted to exit the parking lot at 7pm and the unattended gate mechanism would not work. It would not read the scan bar on my phone. We had to back out and find an attendee at another gate. Very unsafe as other cars were approaching the exit. After finding a gate with an attendee, we sat in our car waiting for a few minutes for the attendee to get off the phone, it bacame frustratng. I handed the attendee my phone and after a couple of additional minutes she handed my phone back to me and opened the gate. Definitely a hassle to exit this parking lot. read more

I just had the worse customer service experience with their representative. I pulled up and wasn't sure if I could park anywhere, so I waved to get the person's attention (person sitting in the booth). She was on the phone and got upset that I interrupted her phone call. She said, "I'M ON THE PHONE" and gave me the hand motion used when you're shooing someone away. Unbelievable. Why are you there if you can't assist paying customers? Henock (the driver) wore a smile and had a pleasant demeanor, so that made balanced out the experience. Hence the 3 stars. Had it not been for him, it would have been a 1. Parking spot, if you're reading this, I arrived April 8 @ approximately 4:30am. She needs costumer service training. read more

We used the Parking Spot One on 7/15/23- 7/24/23 we came back to a flat tire due to a small leak that occurred the night before drop off. The staff was amazing they helped us by providing an air compressor and assisted us with getting the tire aired up. Our wait time at the airport was no more than 5 minutes, and they had complimentary waters at the exit. Their app was easy and their staff was super friendly. I would recommend this place and reuse them. We were impressed by their service. read more

I used your facility today in Dallas TX at the Parking Spot 1. I waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle and decided to leave as that wait time was unacceptable. I was explaining what occurred to your attendant and he said there was nothing that he could do because he was just a cashier. I said that he could provide feedback to leadership. He then said that it was his last day and I responded so you don't care. He became irate, refused to raise the gate to let us leave and proceeded to curse me out. read more

I love the convenience and the friendliness of everyone always being attentive to the needs of the customer. I get there park there is someone to pick me up and get me to the terminal. When trying to reach a person it is a little difficult so I try not to have any problems. Ask as many questions as you can when are there. read more

Ever since DAL lowered their parking prices ($7-$9 at the terminal) and you combine with the expanded lot (they purchased Best Parking a few months ago) the delays in getting picked up & delays in getting dropped off has risen significantly. Imagine this - when you return from your trip, the poor shuttle bus driver has to drop the 4-10 customers across 2 giant parking lots; if you happen to be the last then this adds significant time to your return. PROS - friendly staff, plenty of shuttle buses, and plenty of 10% coupons available out there. CONS - No longer price competitive, no longer convenient, Parking Spot #2 at DAL is even worse read more

Quick, efficient, great service. Everyone had a smile on and is more than happy to help. We used to take ubers to/from the airport and quickly realized it's a pain to depend on car service with the variability of fares. Just a heads up - line to take the shuttle back on a Sunday night was no joke, but there was high enough frequency of shuttles that it wasn't really an issue. We waited perhaps 10-15 minutes in a line to take the shuttle back. We will definitely be using this service again! read more

This location is solid. I've used multiple Parking Spot locations over the years, and all of them are pretty good. This one is super reliable and the shuttles come around very quickly, putting your mind at ease that you'll get to the gate as quickly as possible. Folks are generally nice, and there's almost always (almost!) parking available. I've never paid to make a reservation. Pro tip: always use a coupon! You can find them online and they send them out in bulk mailers, too. read more

I prepaid online to get the "discount", checked in without a problem. Upon returning from my trip, I checked out one minute under the time I had specified on the original reservation. I was told that I owed an additional $7.36 with no explanation. The man at the booth just took my card, charged it, and handed it back. No "thank you", "sorry for the confusion", nothing. He just sat back in his chair and looked the other way. They later emailed a receipt that showed the extra fee as an overage charge for an extra day. WHAT extra day? They will make sure it looks like you never park there and steal your Vehicl. If you're Vehicle disappears from their secure location your own your own. They won't take any responsibility for theft, but the will delete the video footage of it leavin. They did this to me . This is no joke. My 70,000.00 truck disappeared while me and my family went on Vacation for three week. Don't park at Dalast love field parking spot. read more

They literally double charged me for a weekend that we were gone over Thanksgiving. I tried everything I could do to communicate with them that I was double charged but only got the run around. Nobody would take the time to help me out. I told the girl that we had a reservation when we were at the gate that wasn't working right. She opened up the gate and I believe thats were the problem started. So sad that I literally got double charged in the amount of around $175-$200 TWICE read more

We park here every time we fly out of Love Field. The shuttles are very frequent and fast which is a plus but the parking spaces are very tight so you will notice it takes every driver a couple times to perfectly get in their spot. read more

I have tried other means of parking thinking I'll save money. So yes, I did save money but there was no peace of mind, especially when arriving after hours. I tried parking at the airport terminals (DFW) , but you may not arrive at the same terminal you departed from so you have to wait for the shuttles bc tram is already closed. I have had very good luck with the PS. I always reserve and pay in advance to get the discount. Plus they have other discounts available if you're a fuddy duddy. read more

My preferred parking spot for my trips outta Dallas Love. Make a reservation online, drive in, they tell you where to park, and shuttle takes you to the terminal. If you sign up to be a Parking Spot Club member they waive the $5 reservation fee. The shuttle driver gives you a card with the location where you parked & instructions on what to do when you get back from your trip. Simple enough. Located on airport grounds making it quick and easy. Yes, you deal with smart@asses here and there, but I ignore them...or just don't tip them. Reservations are highly recommended as spots fill up quickly...especially on holidays. $7.95/day for open air parking. Think covered parking is about a dollar a day higher. read more

I parked at the covered parking for 8 days while out of town. for the trip they managed to keep car well, and had a syystem that allows drivers to know exactly where they parked (nice). but the problem is that they overcharged me by 13.00 dollars when i parked. We were planning ahead for our trip and had to weigh our options: $40 one way Lyfts from and to Allen (resulting in $80 total), take the Dart which involves multiple buses and almost 2 hour ride each way, or reserve ahead and drop off our car for $8 a day? Obviously we went with the Parking Spot. I would recommend signing up for a free account online and booking ahead of time to get the best rate, especially if you know your travel dates/times. Our rate was $8 a day, which is much better than the price if you just pull up, which is $12 a day. There's the other Parking Spot lot which doesn't have covered parking, which could be a bit cheaper too (but with Dallas weather, it's good to play it safe). We opted for the covered parking spot, got picked up by a shuttle bus right where we parked, and made our way to the airport. Easy peasy. Returning back was just a boomerang experience and it was excellent. The lot is close to the airport, among all the car rental companies, so the shuttle to and from the airport took just a matter of minutes. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we would definitely drop off our car here again when travelling through DAL. read more

Such an incredible experience! The prices were great and the service was wonderful. As soon as we found a parking spot, the shuttle driver was right behind our car, taking our suitcases out and putting them into the shuttle. It was a quick drive to the airport and we were dropped off right where we needed to go. On our way back after arrival, we found the shuttle easily and were dropped off directly at our car. Tesh was our driver and he was exceptionally kind. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was remarkable. He put our suitcases in our car and waited to make sure our car started okay. He said their service is great, especially for young ladies like my friend and I, arriving at our car at night. We waited for 30 minutes on Friday night for a shuttle to parking lot 1. We called repeatedly, as did numerous other customers. We were assured that a shuttle was coming. There were about 50 people waiting for a shuttle to Parking Spot 1. The line continued to grow as they only had one shuttle for that lot. By the time the shuttle showed up and dropped us at our car, we were charged for another day as it was a few minutes past midnight. As we were leaving the lot, we saw several people who had to walk with their luggage from the airport to the Parking Spot lot to get their cars. Clearly, this company is poorly managed. read more
