We decided only to get the pedicures and forego the nail services. The pedicures were lackluster at best. Poor job of removing calluses and minimal effort in the massage portion. The atmosphere felt very much like we were just a hinderance they were ready to be rid of. It seemed that way for all their customers who were there at the same time we were. Unfortunately I strongly recommend not using their services.
