I was extremely impressed with how easy they made it to move our event and we were finally able to celebrate 2 years later. Rather than a traditional dinner, we just did a snack buffet with green onion cakes, pierogis and an assortment of cheese, fruits and vegetables. There was way more food than I expected. The portions were extremely generous and everything was delicious. They were even able to make gluten free versions for those who needed them. The bar service was also excellent. They were able to accommodate our signature cocktails and kept the drinks flowing all night. Throughout the night, staff made sure the tables were quickly cleared and food was replenished. Finally I want to highlight the excellent service Jillian provided throughout the planning process. She made planning a breeze and I really appreciated all of her suggestions and input.
