As for the party experience, the place is located pretty far out of down making driving a must and a designated driver, a very expensive cab, or a bus rental another top consideration for your event or party night. The event I went to was a BBQ then a dance. After the BBQ the DJs set up and as the room is about 10 feet high, the accoustics are terrible and you are going to get blasted by your miley or other beats. You'll definitely want to head outside or into the waiting area to hang out and chat. If you want to dance the night away, this might work quite well, allthough it is a bit poorly lit and I couldn't shake the feeling I was in a old Quansit all night. I'd go again, but I don't think I'll be booking events there anytime soon based on the venue and the transportation distance.

I went back for seconds after everyone had gone through the line and the plastic was still on the dish, I guess the server from Mercers didn't let anyone have any. They also started clanging dishes and silverware in the middle of the speaches, they had to be told to keep it down. I will never use Mercers.

It was good and the brownies were warm, which isn't always the case. This time it didn't come with whipped cream though, which it usually does. I also ordered a root beer with no ice and it did come that way, but I think whoever filled it may have overfilled the glass because the sides were sticky and it made the table a bit wet. Paulina and her staff were so prepared; they were attentive to all our needs, we had plenty of food left after everyone ate, they were polite to all our guests and they left the kitchen spotless at the end of the night. I was very concerned about having a good caterer, as I have worked in the business myself. Paulina addressed all my concerns and assured me it would all be great. I believed her and she did not let me down. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family or anyone else looking for a caterer.

He was able to accommodate us on fairly short notice when everyone else was not. There was so much food that we ended up sending everyone home that wanted with next day meals. The quality of the food and what was delivered for what was ordered was exceptional. He personally picked up the equipment and dishes that night and I couldn't thank him and his staff enough for what they provided.
