Paw mission is a LITERAL LIFESAVER! First of all... their prices for spay and neuter are absolutely the best you can find. We moved out to the high desert back in June and got ourselves an adult livestock guardian dog. She needed to be fixed but when I called around I almost fainted at the cost. I tried to get into the free San Bernardino free spay and neuter program but it was always full when I went to apply. Oak Hills and some parts of San Bernardino have $200 vouchers available for spay and neuters that paw mission takes. I was able to make an appointment at Paw Mission and get the voucher and the spay was FREE with pain meds and I got in within a week!!!! Good thing because a stray dog climbed our fence and bred her and I was desperate to get her in before the puppies developed. We took her to get her spay yesterday and dropped her off at 7. They then told us we could pick her up at 11:15. When I saw her incision I was shocked. It was such a beautiful small and neat incision and the vet here did a fantastic job. She isn't even acting like she's in pain. Thank you so much Paw Mission for helping me get my dog spayed and for all the dogs you help by offering these affordable prices. They are literally doing God's work in helping the community with affordable spay and neuter services. My male kittens were neutered today and I could not be more grateful to the Paw Mission for making it possible to help strays and help prevent overcrowding of shelters. Please follow their directions when scheduling as they do require cats to be in carriers which should be common sense, but unfortunately it isn't. Keep your kitties and their staff safe by bringing them in carriers. read more

I had been here a couple months ago for my foster dog. I ended up picking up a dumped dog and needed to get him neutered. I thought of this place. I booked online with a $20 deposit. All neuters include the cone and pain meds. You have the option to add vaccines, nail trims, remove dewclaws, etc. either at the time of checkout or at the front desk when you check in. We added a few vaccines and paid $155 total. You can't beat the price. Our dog is doing great. I do want to note that generally speaking, most spay and neuter clinics are not great about picking up the phone or responding to emails. This is annoying, but not unique to This Paw Mission. If you want an excellent customer service experience, you can book at full price with your vet. It's just the nature of the industry. read more

My experience with The PAW Mission has truly been one of the best I've ever encountered... not just for me, but most importantly, for the animals. Excellent prices for spay & neuter for dogs & cats. I am a rescue foster and visit frequently. You must be on time for drop off on appointment day. Puck up time is 3-330pm if you are late they can charge a $75 late fee which they explain at drop off... I have also stopped by for a no appointment shot visit between 1-3 pm. Very easy and affordable... You must schedule online and place a $20 deposit to make an appointment. The office doesn't answer the phone and email gets an automated response... They do close on days of events when they don't offer a schedule online... Best thing is just scheduling online with the deposit. read more

We took our cat to one of their city-funded mobile clinics this morning, and hours later we came home with a dead cat. We were already concerned because she seemed extremely lethargic, and when we asked if that was normal, they told us yes. Within 45 minutes of getting her home, rigor mortis had already started. We immediately called them, and they told us to bring her back. They said they were working on her in the car, but then told us she had passed. Instead of showing compassion, they proceeded to argue with us and suggested that she was pregnant and that could have been the reason. This makes no sense. She was a 3-year-old indoor cat we've had since she was 5 weeks old -- she has never been outside or around a male cat. The lack of care, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. We trusted this clinic with our pet, and instead we were left grieving and confused. No one should have to go through this. Please think twice before using this mobile clinic. read more

First time at the Paw Mission. I arrived at 6:30am waited for the doors to open outside the establishment (not inside my car). They opened the doors earlier than what I expected( 6:50am). I was the second person to enter. I signed in and they called my pets name 2 minutes after we sat down. They took his vitals & weight and it all took about 5 minutes. Four hours later I received a text message indicating my pet was ready for pick up and Pick up was a breeze! No long lines! No overcrowding in the waiting area! It was hands down the easiest appointment I've had for my dog. I have another pet that I took elsewhere last year and that experience was stressful & overwhelming. We had our newly adopted German Shepherd spayed here after being referred by a local rescue. The Paw Mission was phenomenal. They cared for our girl and provided great customer service. The price is the best around. We had called around to other vets and the prices for a spay were astronomical. They were worth the wait to get on their schedule. Unfortunately, this lack of accessibility and communication makes the facility seem disorganized and not effectively serving the citizens it's meant to support. Not everyone has the ability to drive over there just to get basic information. The good, is the cost is reasonable for spay and neutered. But one staff member who works up front checking in the CUSTOMER'S .is very RUDE, I didn't get her name but she speaks Spanish, She has a really bad attitude towards us paying customers. I had my dog neutered today and as checking in she shouted out at some customers who were atanding in the front lobby by the door thesevwere her words exactly " YOU GUYS NEED TO MOVE AWAY FROM THE FRONT DOORS ,THESE DOORS NEED TO BE CLOSE AND HAVE A SEAT, " she didnt have the audacity to say ladies & gentlemen please refrain from standing in front of the doors and if you would please have a seat thank you. She is very rude and she shouldn't be that way , the other female staff member who was working with her was kind and nice. She showed compassion towards the people and animals. But that other female didn't show none. I mean these animals are not just pets there part of our family. We love them as our own. If This female doesn't like what she does in working with customers and mostly animals then she's in the wrong profession. And I'm sure other customers feel the same way. read more
