APPLE WALNUT RAISIN COBBLER with the 200 raisins picked off.
    Tangie R.

I was looking for something sweet while visiting the area. I've tried the Peach Cobbler factory twice before since we have one that home but it has been at least two years. I wanted something with nuts so I tried the Apple Walnut Raisin Cobbler. I didn't really want the raisins but I thought they were mixed in. Nope. Just 200 of them thrown on top. Lol. I was able to pick them off. Next time I'll know I can exclude this. My only wish is that the Cobbler was warmer.

I saw this on the map on a Tuesday afternoon and had to stop in. I've visited a peach cobbler factory in Florida and wanted to bring my kid this time. This location had lunch items that looked decadent. The guy the helped us was helpful. He then went in the back to make orders and did a great job. It took about 5 minutes. We got the flight with two cobblers and two puddings. They were out of a few items but there were plenty to choose from. I liked the caramel Apple cobbler and banana pudding the most. The portions were perfect for tasting different ones.

This place was a delight! We walked by the other night and thought it may be wise to come back and check it out. Two days later, the dream came too! A short jaunt the hotel and squarely in downtown, it's an all things cobbler themed spot. Kids got Mac and cheese with meat, plus a mini cobbler, and my better half and I shared a "biscuit cobbler" - which was effectively a delicious biscuit over top a thick soup. It was solidly in the pretty good category. A little cold in the middle but it filled me up. The biscuits were excellent - like Bojangles good (Biscuit connoisseurs will feel that!). The Mac and cheese was good and the cobblers were solid. The mini cobbler was like $2 and came as part of a combo. Get that - enough to get a good taste, but not massive. The banana pudding (the bourbon walnut specifically) was the show stopper for me. I'm sure it's gonna box, but it was really good! The woman helping us was very nice and got us served and fed quickly. Not an every day spot, but an, I'm walking by and feeling like dessert at 2 pm sort of spot for sure!

If you want to treat yourself, the peach cobbler factory has an assortment of cobblers, milkshakes, ice cream and other desserts. A little goes a long way. I had sweet tea and cobbler. They were both excellent but too much together. The cobbler was great. Ice cream goes great with cobbler, but we were taking treats to the office and didn't think it would make it on a hot day. One visit isn't enough.

I always have a good time at The Peach Cobbler Factory, especially when I come with my good friend Cole -- it's one of those spots that turns dessert into an experience. Every visit feels fun, casual, and a little indulgent in the best way. My go-to order is the cheesecake with apples, and it never disappoints. Rich, creamy, perfectly sweet, and comforting -- it's the kind of dessert you keep thinking about after you leave. Truly the star of the show. This time I also tried the chicken pot pie meal. It was just okay -- filling and decent, but not what I'd come here for. That said, once dessert hit the table, all was forgiven. This place clearly shines when it comes to sweets. If you're looking for a dessert-forward spot to hang out, laugh, and satisfy a real sweet tooth, this location delivers. Come for the cobbler and cheesecake, stay for the vibes and good company. I'll definitely be back.

We stopped by here because we just ate dinner and needed something sweet, lol. There's no parking out front so you will have to find something down the street (which on a late night you'll have some luck). The service was great. The guys were super helpful and patient as we went back forth with trying to figure out what to get. The menu has options galore which I really liked because I like options but as someone who is very indecisive, it can be challenging. I ended up ordering the butter pecan cheesecake. Although I enjoyed the dessert, I realized I should've opted for the peach cobbler since it is the peach cobbler factory! And also because it comes with ice cream (greedy, I know). I will be back to try out other menu items!

The line was nearly out the door when I stopped by on a Friday night but the interior was clean, cashier was polite and quick, and the standard peach cobbler in a cup (which came with vanilla ice cream) really hit the spot after a night out.

Rambling around Logan Circle, we came upon the Peace Cobbler Factory and decided to stop in for some dessert. A bright, zesty interior greeted us as we ordered a Cheesecake Caramel Apple Cobbler and a Cherry Cobbler. The staff were friendly and the orders came out quickly (the ice cream for the Cherry Cobbler came in a separate container so that it didn't melt from the hot cherry pie). Delicious and tasty! A fun little shop with lots of character, this is a nice place to stop for a big dessert. Stop in and give the Peach Cobbler Factory a try!

Good service here at the Peach Cobbler Factory - had it delivered and the icecream was still frozen, packaged separately and all. Flavor was good for a sweet treat, but almost a bit too sweet for my taste. The cobbler was very syrupy and just very very sweet! It was still good and I think a lot of people would like it. But it's more of a candy than a cobbler.

I was quite disappointed with my experience here despite having high hopes... While the mango peach cobbler was absolutely delicious, the Mac and cheese meatballs were terrible. The meatballs were super tiny and marinara does not mix with fake cheese sauce. Also... my meatballs and Mac and cheese were more than half frozen... the service was not great either. No water cups or spoons... had to eat the ice cream with a fork. This spot is ok for dessert but NOT for any of the real food...

I know it's called the Peach Cobbler Factory, but my sister and I came here just to try the banana pudding! We tried the nutella banana pudding and the banana pudding brownie, both of which were delicious. They were about the same price so you kind of get more bang for your buck with the brownie which was surprisingly large - we easily could've just ordered that and been good. We wound up taking the nutella banana pudding home and it still good the next day so points. You order from a touch screen and there's minimal staff interaction. The restaurant itself is cute at the front but there was a pretty big ceiling leak by the bathroom with a bucket collecting water which was a bit off putting.

My friend and I came here after craving some post dinner dessert. We came in not knowing what we would want and were quickly met with sooo many options for cobbler and pudding and other desserts. We ended up getting a sampler of two cobblers and two banana puddings. Our favorites were definitely the peach cobbler and the strawberry banana pudding! Ambiance is casual and the service was speedy!

The food was good! My friends and I all enjoyed our meals. The service was amazing despite the person making all these meals by herself. She did great and she was so friendly. The ambiance is so cute in here! I would definitely come back.

    Is there parking?

There's metered parking on the streets nearby.

Online the cobblers have ice cream on top, is this not the case? Every picture I see the ice cream is on the side. Having the cold ice cream hit the warm dessert immediately is different than putting the cream on top or eating on the side.

They do offer it on top but I asked for it separately.

Between the added service fee/surcharge and the prompt for standard tipping on top of that, the final bill felt disproportionately high for casual neighborhood dining. Hidden fees stacking up on top of regular menu prices takes away from what would have otherwise been an easy 4- or 5-star meal. Great kitchen output, but management really needs to rethink the fee creep.
