Lovely rooftop brunch. Great food made me something special that was not on the menu. Valet parked the car so my handicap mother did not have to walk very clean bathroom. Our waiter was great lots of big, huge umbrellas that they will arrange so the sun is not on you great place for photos next to the pool Prices were pretty good to be in Beverly Hills.

absolutely amazing afternoon. The peninsula has the best afternoon tea in town. It will make your day special! it was wonderful celebrating " Aunt Leslie's " ( from HOME ALONE ) birthday at your Beautiful place!

This time we stayed at the Peninsula Hotel located in the heart of Beverly Hills. It has a very advantageous location and is within walking distance of high-end shopping areas and major popular landmarks. It is very convenient for traveling and shopping. The entire hotel is decorated in a low-key luxury that combines Chinese and Western styles, integrating retro elements, which is both exquisite and artistic. The hotel is also very friendly to pets. Service dogs can stay for free (no additional pet fees), but the hotel does not provide pet supplies and needs to bring their own. Room experience Although the room is not large, it is very well maintained and every detail is very particular. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillowcases are specially embroidered with the guest's initials, which is very personalized. Each guest is equipped with a dedicated butler. Whether it is check-in or daily dining, it is served one-on-one by the butler, and the experience is very noble. I especially recommend their Peninsula Time service: you can apply for check-in at 6 am and check-out at 10 pm, which is equivalent to an extra day, which is super considerate! Dining experience Breakfast offers a variety of options, especially the Chinese breakfast, which is a pleasant surprise. You can order Chinese food and breakfast in Los Angeles in the middle of the night, which is very suitable for people like us who are prone to hunger in the middle of the night. After breakfast, take a walk in the hotel. You can see European-style buildings with Chinese garden style everywhere. The winding paths are quiet and comfortable, which is very suitable for relaxation. Summary recommendation The Peninsula Hotel not only has a superior location, meticulous service, but also satisfactory dining. It is especially suitable for travelers who pay attention to quality and privacy. If you come to Los Angeles for a trip or want to find a quiet and luxurious space to relax, this hotel is highly recommended.

The Peninsula Beverly Hills is an exceptional hotel both in terms of the luxurious rooms and public spaces and extraordinary service. One of my favorite hotels anywhere and my top favorite in Los Angeles. Highly recommend.

A fabulous experience for my 36th Birthday. We went for high tea and were treated with incredible graciousness and care. The teas are delicious, the food is delectable and the environment is absolutely delightful.

Came here with my mom to celebrate my acceptance to grad school, and we had the most amazing experience. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and we sat at a table with a view of a lovely fountain. There was a harpist too! The staff were extremely thoughtful and welcoming. The service was outstanding! We got the classic tea, which came with plenty of food, a glass of champagne, and a large pot of tea for each of us. Our server recommended me a creamy earl grey tea, and it was one of the best teas I've had! The sandwiches and desserts were so carefully put together and were presented beautifully. We loved the salmon and caprese sandwiches, the scones and their spreads, and the lemon tart. Since we told them we were celebrating, they actually brought out an adorable free cake! This was an unforgettable experience in such a beautiful room, I would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Went to Afternoon Tea for a birthday celebration, the hotel staff was so lovely. You're welcomed with a smile and class. The food was so filling and full of flavor. It smelled like fresh flowers everywhere you walked. Highly recommend the afternoon tea, we will definitely be back!

This was an amazing experience. My daughter treated me to high tea for Christmas. I needed to be in the area for an appointment, so this was a pleasant surprise. The experience began the moment we arrived. From our car door being opened for us, until we departed, I cannot say enough about how lovely everything and everyone was. I truly felt like I was in England. It was magical.

This review is for an afternoon tea event. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the bar and restaurants are spotless, and the service was very attentive. The tea was nice, the sandwiches were just okay, but the ambiance really made the experience special. I'll definitely be back for cocktails at the bar!

*As Event Venue The Peninsula Beverly Hills is 100% elegance and class. Such a joy to come here during the holiday season. The hotel is decorated beautifully. It's a wonderful upscale choice to have an event both large and small. Customer service here is always excellent. There are so many great dining choices here and each one is a first class experience. Great for a special occasion or celebration. They have a lovely tea room with fire places and a harpist. It's so warm and cozy. There is also quite a crowd at the dark wood paneled Club Bar which serves both food and drinks. It was named one of the Best Hotel Bars in 2019 by Forbes. Lastly, there's the lovely fine dining experience at the Belvedere a white table cloth establishment which serves European fare. The hotel offers valet parking. However, there is metered parking on the street as well. Forbes 2023 Verified as one of the finest properties in the world.

We came on a Sunday for tea. This is hands down the best place for tea with your friends. I love the area where we were seated. It was so classy and elegant. The staff was really kind and friendly. The green tea I ordered was delicious and the sandwiches and pastries were exquisite. They were very accommodating when I requested some modifications on my menu. I'm looking forward to coming back .

He asked our name and if we would like our bags taken to our room. We agreed and left our luggage with him. We proceeded to walk into the hotel. It was bright and open and has a magnificent floral scent in the air. We walked to the reception area and spoke with a really nice woman. She answered our questions, took care of the check-in process, gave us our keys and we were off. By the time we got to our room our luggage had just been delivered. It was all really fast. The room we got was very large and extremely clean. It had a walk in closet, a king size bed with two end tables, a small sitting area, a little office area, and a beautiful view from the balcony. It also had a large bathroom with two sinks, a tub, a shower, and a toilet. Every day that we stayed there the room was cleaned and serviced while we were out visiting the city. We settled in and then decided to get some dinner at the hotel restaurant called The Rooftop. The atmosphere was beautiful. It had heaters running as it was a cool evening and a gorgeous night view of the hills. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Overall the Waldorf had great service. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Plus the Rooftop restaurant was convenient with delicious food options. Staying at the Waldorf was a very positive experience.

There wasnt a single item of this beautiful hotel that I could find fault with.   Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and expertly by a professional and extremely competent front desk staff, who had us not only checked in within seconds, but had upgraded us to a breathtaking suite with amazing views of Beverly Hills.  Bell service for our luggage was so fast they almost beat us to the room!   The newly renovated wing is stunning.  Guest rooms are gorgeously appointed, with just about every amenity a luxury traveler could want.  Despite the modern renovations, they have managed to keep the old charm of this classical beauty, giving you the subtle feeling of a by-gone era, while enjoying modern comfort on a flawless level.   I briefly mentioned to a staff member that I wasn't sure our mini bar was cooling properly, and within thirty minutes, not only was it completely replaced, but a second larger unit was brought in for our wines and other spirits which they had noticed we had brought with us. This was an impressive touch, considering we had not even thought to ask for one. The world class staff saw something they could make better, and made it happen, just like that. Room service was excellent. Food was delivered inhumanly fast, hot, and with top restaurant quality, just what you expect when you stay with the very best. Housekeeping day, and evening turn down service was flawless. A little whisper to our housekeeper for extra water, and we had enough water in our room to fill a bath tub. From the biggest to smallest request, the team at the Beverly Wilshire exceeds your highest level expectations. On that subject, I cannot say enough good things about the incredible staff at this Four Seasons property.  During a few periods of rain, the lobby and door personnel were falling over themselves to provide large luxury umbrellas, door attendants quickly cleaning and ensuring no one was wet, or slipping in the lobby.  There are literally layers of managers overlooking one another, but in contrast to other big name properties and brands, the staff here are all efficient, consummate professionals. No one is just standing around. Everyone takes personal responsibility and initiative for guest comfort and service.  From the housekeepers to the top managers, any request is taken as a personal assignment, treated with the utmost care and urgency, and they ensure it gets done. Always verifying to ensure you are pleased.  Each and every wish is fulfilled with a smile. I never heard the words "no" or "we can't" uttered. Many famous luxury brands try valiantly, but one simply cannot find better service than Four Seasons. They have taken luxury hospitality to an absolute science, and do not compromise on excellence.   Every guest is treated like royalty. Not a single detail is overlooked. From the breathtaking spa, to amazing dining options, this property has it all.  BLVD, the main restaurant and bar, is an iconic establishment with the best views on all Rodeo Drive. The service and food here are simply first class.   I will be writing a separate review just for BLVD, as the restaurant and their staff deserve their own recognition. On a visit several years ago, we received such magnificent service by a server named Surya, that when we had to return to Beverly Hills, there was really no other choice for us than The Beverly Wilshire. More on that incredible experience in my review for BLVD. There is also a new steakhouse, and separate lounge called Cut, by the world renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. This eatery is visually stunning, and the lounge has a classy, sexy, old Hollywood meets the 21st century vibe.  Service was excellent with a huge and professionally curated wine and drink list. There simply aren't enough words of praise one can say about this property and the experience here.   If you visit Southern California, and can afford it, treat yourself to the very best.  The service here is consistently the finest we have experienced anywhere in the US, even among the most elite brands and properties. The Four Seasons has kept, and even elevated this "Grande Dame" of Beverly Hills in all her luxurious glory. Unquestionably of the finest properties in the world to visit. Highly recommend.

I was recently told that I have had 151 different stays here, and that alone says everything. This is my all-time favorite hotel in the Beverly Hills area, and it continues to impress me every single time I return. From the moment I arrive, the service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They do not just recognize me as a guest; they make me feel like part of the hotel family. The valet team and the doormen are incredible. They know exactly what I like, they remember my preferences, and they often have everything ready before I even get to the hotel. That level of personal attention and consistency is extremely rare, even at luxury hotels. The property itself is elegant, comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. It has the perfect balance of Beverly Hills sophistication and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are always well-prepared, housekeeping is excellent, and the entire hotel feels polished without ever feeling cold or impersonal. The food is another major reason I love this hotel. The menu is absolutely amazing, and you can tell it was created with real care and quality. I understand that the menu was designed by a former chef from a Michelin-level restaurant, and it absolutely shows. The ingredients are top quality, the dishes are thoughtful and delicious, and everything feels elevated. The room service is especially impressive: fast, accurate, beautifully presented, and consistently excellent. It is honestly some of the best hotel room service I have experienced anywhere. What separates this hotel from so many others is consistency. After 151 different stays, I can say with confidence that this team delivers again and again. The service, food, valet, rooms, atmosphere, and overall hospitality are all outstanding. It is very difficult for a hotel to maintain that level of excellence over time, but this property does it. As someone who travels often and has experienced many Marriott properties, this hotel stands out as one of my favorites. It feels like a home away from home, and the team deserves a tremendous amount of credit for making every stay feel personal and memorable. As a result, we lost $500 for a room we never even stayed in. Afterward, I found numerous guest complaints describing experiences similar to ours. What surprised me even more was seeing negative reviews followed by dozens of perfect 10/10 ratings, which raises serious questions. This experience felt misleading from start to finish. Guests should receive the hotel they were shown and paid for, not a completely different building across the street. What is especially disappointing is that these complaints are clearly not new, yet nothing seems to change. The hotel appears fully aware of these recurring issues but makes no meaningful effort to resolve them or accommodate affected guests.

When I was here I didn't hear one peep. Not one- even though I saw a bunch of kids in the lobby. The reason I stayed here is because I wanted to shop on Rodeo and take all the cheesy, cringy tourist photos. But I didn't want to stay at any where where it would be loud. This hotel is only about 15 min walk or so from Rodeo. (I wouldn't recommend you walking at night but during the day time or even early evenings like 6-7pm. I would be fine. Don't be walking around here at 10pm. You do cut through some residental neighborhoods so just be aware. No idea what Beverly Hills curfew is like so just spend the $10 and uber home if you're going to be out after 8pm. Don't forget to call your parents to tell them you're going to be late for dinner.) The staff was very friendly and even though it was busy. These guys know how to move people through. They are chatty enough to be friendly and make you feel comfortable. But not so chatty that the person behind you is sighing loudly and treating you like the 65 years old woman who is still writing checking at the grocery store. The rooms are smaller but unless you're going to be hanging out in your hotel room. It really doesn't matter. Its got great lighting in the bath room for putting on your make-up. Hot showers, great amentities like shampoos and conditioners inside the shower. I brought my own because I'm particular about the kind of stuff I put in my hair but for thos who aren't. It's one less thing you don't have to pack. The room also has a hair dryer and an ironing board, a small fridge and a safe. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.

Staff were all very nice to my son and I, giving us a heads up they were closing and offered more food to my hungry teenage son who was very grateful. :) Close proximity to uber over to the mall or other areas to hang out and dine. We valet parked and did our thing for the weekend. Valet and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Do be aware that homeless people congregate at the supermarket & spill out onto where the hotel is located. Clean & cozy beds, although the pillows (like most hotel pillows) were worn down thin. Strong shower pressure, & I like that the sink is separate from the actual bathroom. The second floor had a very spacious, comfortable lounge area, as well as what I consider to be this hotel's best feature -- an outdoor fire pit. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Like many Marriott hotels, this one has a mini convenience store, of sorts, that sells snacks & toiletries in the lobby. If you're calling a rideshare, take note that it's a toss up whether they will be waiting at the front door or in the connecting garage a few steps away. We had a nice stay without incident, however I'd pick a hotel on a street with better scenery & more bustling activity on my next stay in Century City.

Nice room with a King size bed, the air conditioning was super cold, i like it cold, but it was cold for me. I was not happy with the shower as it was leaking and not sealed. Water went out the bathroom across the walkway almost to the closet. We used about 5 towels against the shower to soak up the water. We had unpacked our stuff, so didn't care to move to another room

From the moment you walk in, you're hit with a cloud of cologne so aggressive it makes you wonder if you accidentally wandered into a perfume duty-free instead of a hotel lobby. We decided to check out the rooftop bar for our anniversary because nothing says romance, like skyline views, and overpriced cocktails. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were aggressively mid - like inspiring neither joy nor outrage. Then came the plot twist. An unhinged woman (not a hotel guest mind. You) planted herself next to us and proceeded to interrupt dinner like she was part of the entertainment package. When we asked the waiter for help his response "What can we do?"iconic. Truly groundbreaking customer service. Just when we thought things couldn't escalate further a Roach made its grand entrance. My husband now apparently part-time pest control, calmly grabbed it with a napkin and handed it to the bartender. Honestly, the most efficient service interaction of the night. At that point, we did what any rational people would do - bolted back to our room, while subtly checking over our shoulders to make sure we weren't being followed by our new friend from the bar. All jokes aside, it was actually pretty unsettling. The next morning, I tried to speak with a manager about the obvious concerns: How did a non- guest make it into a secured floor? What exactly is the hotels approach to Security? And why does it take 12 hours to get a response... From an assistant... Saying Mr. Jazul is very busy? How comforting to know, guest safety ranks somewhere below his calendar. Still haven't heard from him - I assume he's overwhelmed, implementing all those robust safety measures. Would I stay again? Only if I develop a sudden passion for chaos, mystery fumes, and immersive, horror dining experiences.
