The People's Adjuster is top notch. History: I had a large oak tree fall on the side of my house. I knew this was not going to be a small matter, especially since it took off part of my roof and fell into our bedroom wall. I called another adjusting company and they came out. They said to deal directly with the insurance company and see how it goes and get them involved if needed. I didn't like that answer. I almost went that route, but I am so glad I decided to try one more adjusting company. I called and Andy Moler answered on the first call. I explained my case to him and he came out quickly. He set up the meetings with the insurance company and accounted for things the insurance company might have or wanted to overlook. An example- we have a lot of furniture in our master bedroom. Andy made sure that moving that furniture was accounted for so it does not get damaged during repairs. Also, there were times it seems like the insurance just wanted to repair items rather than replace them. When dealing with a roof, you would rather materials be completely replaced rather than repaired to make sure the integrity of the roof withstands disasters in the future as much as possible. Andy made sure nothing was left unturned to get my house back in order. Since I don't speak "insurance" I recommend getting Andy Moler involved, especially when the claim looks like it will be complicated. Letting them deal with the insurance company directly, allowing them to set up the appointments and letting you know what the next steps are is a peace of mind one needs for insurance cases. Andy is still helping me through the claim even though the insurance has paid for the damages already. He has ensured great communication and has gone the extra mile to make sure damages are covered and we are happy with the repairs. He answers the phone immediately, makes sure to follow through with anything he commits to and has been a delight to deal with from the beginning. On Dec 26th , 2022, I received a call while I was out of the country with my family from a worried neighbor who was seeing water running down the driveway of my Dunwoody home--turned out to be a pipe burst in the kitchen following a deep freeze. Calls to the insurance company while I was overseas, lead to nothing but finger pointing and passing the buck, as my stress levels increased, I started googling for any help I could find. We had never used a public adjuster and neither had anyone we knew. When the insurance company came back with an embarrassingly low estimate, I reached out to Andy at The People's Adjuster and was impressed with his confidence that he could help. Plus he was not giving me any high pressure sales tactics or promises to big money for nothing. He came accross as honest and matter-of-factly said he would give our case his and his team's utmost attention and will stick to it until we have a positive resolution. He immediately drove to our home to begin assessing the damage and then got down to work. Andy is honest and unafraid to stand-up for us, as was needed when an unscrupulous water mitigation company started inflating the value of the damage in an attempt to take advantage of the insurance company and my family. In hindsight, my first call should have been to Andy--it would have saved me and my wife from a lot of headaches. It took about 3 months for the claim to be paid out in full. Andy kept us updated the entire way and his estimate of what he believed our claim's value should be was spot on. We were very pleased with the amount and that the insurance company, in the end saw that Andy was not playing games with them and gave us no issues at all regarding payouts. Andy Moler did an outstanding job handling my claim and obtained the maximum allowed by my policy. I could not have done it without his help. Anyone filing an insurance claim should contact Andy first. I was homeless after a fire at my home. I had never filed an insurance claim before, so first I contacted the insurance company. They told me I had to prepare an inventory of what was damaged, not including what could be salvaged. The insurance company then subcontracted for another company to salvage what they could. The only problem was that the subcontractor only handled water damage, not fire damage. The insurance company did not respond when I informed them of the problem. That was when I realized that I needed help. I was lucky that I found Andy. I interviewed other adjusters but knew that Andy was the one for me after he responded to all my questions. He saved me the burden of preparing the claim. He arranged for an inventory to be done in 2 days. It was 1,300 lines. I would never have been able to do that by myself. Andy retrieved valuables for me and supervised work at the house. He kept me informed and responded to me quickly when I contacted him. He met with the insurance company adjuster when they surveyed the damage. He went above and beyond with his help. A friend referred Andy Moler to assist me with an insurance claim I'd made for a significant amount of water damage at my condo this past April. After we agreed to work together, the claim process became a breeze.
