You can actually walk to the park and enter at the International Gateway. We requested a single balcony not knowing what that actually was. We didn't think that every room had a balcony and we were disappointed to find that it was not a full balcony but just a small space that one person could stand on, not even sit. As far as the rest of the room, we had 2 queen size beds, a desk, TV, closet, bathroom with separate area for the sinks and then the toilet and shower. There were no dresser drawers since we had benches at the ends of the bed. We also had a little table near the door to set things on as well. It did also have a mini fridge which was a nice touch. The theme of the resort feels like a beach relaxation vibe. They have a quick service, a buffet style restaurant, an ice cream parlor restaurant also serving food, a quick service and bar by the pool and a lounge. You can easily walk next door to the Yacht Club and visit all of their food options as well. Our favorite thing about Beach Club was the pool. It is the only sand bottom pool at Disney and it is massive. They have their own small lazy river with tubes and an entire area for children. The pool does require a wrist band so they will verify you are actually staying at the resort. There is a bar/quick service located outside the pool area. They do have waiter/waitress service in the pool area. We absolutely took advantage of this. Overall we loved it and would stay here again. We also really enjoy the yacht club next door. If you are looking for a deluxe resort, I would highly recommend trying the Beach Club.

This hotel is perfect if you're going to Disney and don't want to stay at one of the resorts but want some resort perks. The perks I found convenient was the shuttle and being able to go to the parks before it officially opens. For the shuttle they give you a schedule for the parks so you know when you need to get there. And they have complimentary breakfast and have daily kickbacks from 5:30-7:30pm where you get 3 alcoholic beverages, or just unlimited sodas/juice, and random food items you can make a complete dinner out of. Housekeeping was always really nice, they came to our rooms daily and refreshed our towels and such. The pool was nice and clean as well. The employees there were very nice and helpful to direct us as it was our first time there. We did order pizzahut while there and food from the kitchen and bar. Both were pretty decent just the kitchen and bar food was expensive as expected. I will say although I did love the shuttles, I did not use it my second night. I think it's great for getting there and if you're doing half a day coming back in the afternoon is fine. But if you're coming home during closing it could be very hectic. At Disney there's a spot where you wait for your shuttle we and one other family were one of the first ones there and almost didn't get on the shuttle because they let all the ones who came after before us. And the other family was in a wheel chair so I felt they should've gotten on first. I did love that there was no resort fee however there was a parking fee. If you are military I would recommend asking if there's a discount as if you book online there is one. We didn't know that so they gave us a discount with parking. Our rooms were spacious for a family of 5 with two queens and a couch. We requested a playpen and it was brought to our room after check in. It had a sheet and came with a tiny blanket. The bathroom was decent. There were some spots where I felt it showed its age not a cleaning issue. All and all I would probably stay here again. It saved some money for our family as meals and with the shuttle parking for one of the days.

On the way back from the parks, the bus driver had an attitude and left 8 guests behind and all we needed was the disability ramp. As he drive away, he impacted the car that was parked and he never even noticed or stopped. The hotel was good, the service was good but the moment that you file a complaint about the bus they tell you that it is run by another vender and they have nothing to do with it. Basically they wash their hands so they don't have to be held responsible. Which is the company that they hired so they should he responsible.

We drove up from our Miami home yet again, this time we picked The Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. (Last time we chose Swan) The location is fantastic, stone's throw from the fabulousness of Disney's Boardwalk and other safe, happy, fun places nearby. The magic starts immediately upon arrival here. Just the drive up is lovely. The Swan & the Dolphin suddenly appear thru the windshield like an oasis saying,"Welcome back!" A Smiling friendly valet introduces himself immediately. He allows us to unload car & leave it. We choose self park. A luxurious, lively & expansive lobby is your first taste. Nice!! We check in and get the mobile key option. We also get a printout with all our Elite perks. Such convenience, such friendliness, SO Disney, All on brand. Double Yay! Is it expensive? Well yes & sorta no. It's worth what you pay. Safe, convenient, comfortable and helpful. It's A wonderful world of positive life experience. My heart is lifted, as always. They charge a lot of fees it was a lot... resort fees and some others on top of the parking fee per day. We paid at least 180 dollars on the resort fees and parking. It was on prime location for us, walking distance to Epcot and to the boardwalk. We loved that. The rooms do not have any access to Disney content. We wanted to watch Disney movies after a day in the park and we were not able to as their tvs don't even save the Disney plus app for us to use with our own accounts and I found that odd. The beds are very nice and the hotel is super pretty. Lots of pin training opportunities too. Sadly for pin traders like I, they don't have resort pins for sale and that was a bit annoying. The on resort store was always closed as their hours are during park hours so we never saw the store open, would have been nice. And last but not least, and that is not their fault, but it was not worth to stay there overall as thei do allow for mastic extra hours for the Epcot after it closes for the public, but now Disney only does that for Epcot once a week and we were not there for the day that perk was available so it does feel like a waste to stay there when the extra time in the park is not available. Overall it was ok. We have had a great time over all. But if the above was different it would have been perfect.

The Bonvoy magic commenced approximately one week prior to arrival when I received an email from what turned out to be an exceptional Front Desk Manager (Mr. M.P.) welcoming my wife and me to the property with a commitment to ensuring that our stay exceeded our expectations. In our case, it certainly did with daily follow-ups on our requirements or pleasantries. While the Reserve shares amenities with its namesake property, "Swan" (a five-minute walk from the Reserve), a coffee/light eatery shop called "Grounds" and a full-service restaurant called "Amare," are both located on the third floor and serve delectable cuisine by teams that are amiable and demonstrate genuine appreciation for our patronage (unfortunately, this trait appears to be diminishing in many establishments). For those who prefer to dine outdoors and partake in light fare and beverages, an outdoor lounge called "Tangerine" provides an ideal setting. The Swan Reserve is conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from the gateway entrance of Epcot, the heart of the World Showcase. It opened its doors on November 3, 2021, accommodates 349 families, and is positioned as a luxurious boutique hotel. With floor-to-ceiling windows in all room types, the views are truly exceptional. It has become our home away from home, and I eagerly anticipate our next visit.

Animal kingdom lodge…read more Stayed here in Feb of 2026. One place that was on check list while staying at Disneyworld. The price is steep as we needed a 2 bed room suite for the 9 of us. We were able to book a DVC (Disney vacation club) room. Total cost of the stay was just under $5000 for a week longs stay. We requested a room closer to elevators or near main lobby as we wanted to keep the grandparents as abled bodied throughout the vacation. The first night they couldn't accommodate us but said the next day they could change our rooms, but by that time we already decided that the walk from lobby wouldn't be to bad. I believe if we were able to get it the first night it would of been better as near the last view days of stay it became a drag to get in and out with an additional 5-9 min walk from lobby to room. Customer service was still excellent throughout the stay. Friendly hi and hellos and the cast members always saying welcome home. Day of arrival we arrived early had stayed in lobby with our luggage as there was no early check in available. I requested early check-in but it was not available. This maybe due to booking a DVC 2 bedroom. Room service to clean room is an up charge when being in a DVC room. However room service was quick when requesting additional linens, trash bags, toiletries, etc. The room we got did not have a direct view of Savana but had plenty of animals around. I would say it was Savana view adjacent. Waking up seeing animals was such a "core memory" unlock for all of us especially the kids. The 2 bed room suite which can be viewed on lots of YouTube videos had 2 full bathrooms, one full kitchen and a kitchenette, 1 full fridge and a mini fridge, 2 fold out couches. I believe some of these rooms are going through renovations/updates. Overall I would recommend staying here, but maybe doing a split stay. Staying at a more affordable resort for a few days than this place for the other days. IE stay here on days with extended hours parks such as Epcot or Magic Kingdom. If I could rate this it would be a 4.5/5, but I'll round up to 5.

I had to explain the benefit at checkout, and the person helping me initially did not seem willing to remove the charge. She eventually went into the back to ask someone else before it was corrected. I also asked about the room upgrade at check-in and felt like the question was brushed aside. I understand upgrades are not guaranteed, but the person checking in next to me was offered an upgraded room for an additional charge. That made it seem like upgraded rooms were available, just not for the benefit that came with our reservation. The room looked good at first, but there were several things that felt poorly maintained. The bathroom had nice fixtures and great water pressure, but the drain control was broken and came apart, the toilet felt unstable, and part of the wall looked like it had been quickly patched. Breakfast service was not great either. The server brought drinks at the beginning, dropped off the check early, and then never came back to offer refills. We also asked for bed rails for our young child and were surprised that the hotel did not have any, especially for a hotel that gets so many Disney families. The morning shuttle to the park was late. The bus was already sitting outside, but the driver arrived late, so everyone had to wait. The bell and valet staff outside also felt overly aggressive. It made arriving and leaving feel more pressured than welcoming. There were some good parts. The Japanese restaurant upstairs was excellent, and the person working at the coffee shop downstairs was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was attractive, but there were too many service and maintenance issues for a property at this price and brand level. It was not a terrible stay, but it did not feel like a luxury experience either. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Shortly after arrival, we noticed what appeared to be blood on the bed comforter. We initially assumed housekeeping would replace the bedding during routine room service, so we did not immediately escalate it. However, after multiple housekeeping visits over approximately two days, the same visibly stained bedding remained on the bed and was never replaced. What upset us most was not just the stain itself, but the fact that housekeeping serviced the room multiple times and still left the bedding in place. This created serious sanitation concerns and made us uncomfortable using the room. We brought the issue to the hotel's attention at checkout and were offered only waived resort fees. We then attempted to resolve the matter through both the property and Hilton Guest Assistance. Despite multiple follow-ups, the final offer from Hilton was only 10,000 Hilton Honors points on a stay that cost approximately 140,000 points. I am posting this because I believe future guests deserve to make informed decisions regarding cleanliness standards and how serious concerns are handled after they are reported. I have attached photos documenting the condition before and after housekeeping service. UPDATE: I want to add that after additional escalation through Hilton's social media support team, Hilton ultimately reviewed the situation more thoroughly and issued a substantial points adjustment that I felt more appropriately reflected the seriousness of the concern. While I still wish the issue had been handled differently initially, I genuinely appreciated finally feeling heard and taken seriously. I think it is only fair to acknowledge that Hilton did ultimately make a meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

The jogging trail and overall scenery are genuinely beautiful and make it feel like a relaxing escape after long park days. The freestyle soda machines were a nice perk, and the food quality exceeded expectations--it felt thoughtfully prepared rather than typical cafeteria-style resort food. Our room was very clean, which always makes a big difference, and the variety of transportation options to the parks was convenient and flexible. For what we paid, the value felt fair, especially considering the amenities. The pool area was also a highlight, and throughout our stay, the employees were consistently professional and helpful. The on-site laundry room was another underrated bonus--it made it easy to head home without a pile of laundry waiting. That said, there were a few drawbacks. We did notice gnats occasionally making their way into the room, which was frustrating. Transportation to Magic Kingdom in particular was inconsistent--the bus took a long time and caused us to miss early entry one morning. One bus driver interaction also stood out, as we were repeatedly corrected about our stroller not being "fully folded" (even though it was), along with strict direction on where we could stand or sit. Additionally, depending on your room location, the walk to Centertown Market can be quite long and inconvenient. When a vacation room has a door that faces the outside of the property I defined that as a motel and so that perception was immediately disappointing. We also experienced a lot of bugs coming in and out of the room and since you weren't in an interior space, traditional to a hotel, it contributed to having to walk through them. The resort is big in the pool area was nice. Getting from our room to the common area with food and gift shops seemed quite a distance, especially for us with a younger family. Travel to and from the park was convenient, although like any resort, very busy during peak times. Having visited other Disney resorts and resorts outside of the park, we would no longer choose to stay at the Caribbean beach resort.
