I have such a hard time leaving a bad review for these guys as I wanted so badly for them to be the answer to my house cleaning prayers but unfortunately they were not. I have seen countless Influencers sing their praises all over Instagram but they must be receiving free or reduced services as a marketing tactic. I had 2 services completed with The Perfect Clean and they were night and day. The first time I called (on a Saturday) no one answered. I think their phone system should inform customers that they aren't open on weekends so that you don't sit on "hold" waiting for someone to answer and then eventually being asked to leave a message. I did not leave a message BUT I was called back on Monday which was a pleasant surprise. I scheduled a an initial cleaning and signed up for biweekly cleanings. I was provided reminder calls and text messages. They even contacted me with an earlier opening but I declined. The day of the cleaning the crew arrived on time and after a few hours my house was clean. I've used a few different cleaning companies over the years and I'd have to say they did the best job out of everyone. They even scrubbed all of the baseboards. I was impressed and excited to finally have found a crew that sent reminder texts so I'd always know what day and time they were showing up as well as used a online payment system so I didn't have to worry about leaving a check. Where this started to go wrong, was 2 weeks later no text message, no phone call, no cleaning crew. I knew I was enrolled in a biweekly service as the online portal had it listed under my account - but no one ever called or showed. Life got a little hectic and I hadn't had the opportunity to call and inquire, and then we ended up deciding to sell our home. I blew off the previous biweekly scheduling mishap as a communication error. Maybe I was supposed to call and set that up? So I did not mention it when I called back to schedule a deep clean/move out clean. I informed the scheduler that we were moving and this needed to be a deep clean. She let me know the price would be higher than the last cleaning due to it being a deep clean. I agreed. A different crew showed up (not an issue for me) on time. I showed them around the house and was asked if I wanted the furniture dusted. I told them yes, that what they saw in the house was what would be left for showings. Afterwards I walked into another room and could hear the woman making fun of me and the rest of the crew laughing. I left home and returned after the crew had completed and left. They spent roughly the same amount of time there as the first crew. I did a quick walkthrough and that is where the disappointment lies. I do not think they did a terrible jobs. For all intents and purposes my house was clean. What was not clean was the baseboards, certain furniture pieces were left dusty, fans were not dusted, the oven was not cleaned, blinds were not dusted or touched, a toilet was not cleaned, several windows were not cleaned or left streaky, the shower door was not cleaned, the rug under the kitchen table was not moved to mop (not the end of the world) but it wasn't even vacuumed. One or two of these things would not bother me but these are all things that the first crew completed AND I was told I was paying more for a deeper service. Super frustrating as I was preparing to list my home with limited time to do so, and I had to spend a few hours re-cleaning all of the areas that they missed. Not happy. Wife found a discount and decided to try. Called in and scheduled the service. They asked sq ft etc and provided an arrival window of 10:40-11:40. Crew didn't show until after 1 pm. Sent them off because office now napping. Called and they offered to come next day and perform the service free of charge. They came next day and performed satisfactory service. Then we realized they ended up charging us, and more than the originally quoted amount. Call in and apparently it was "in the notes" that we shouldn't have been charged but someone made ANOTHER mistake. They were willing to refund electronically but now I'm out $260+ until the 5-7 days passes and hopefully our money that shouldn't have been charged hits our account. I called and wanted a check cut today but they had initiated the electronic return and could not reverse. NOT happy my account is now short more money than was originally quoted and shouldn't have been charged. When asked about why the charge was higher, they stated they go off of Zillow.com and we're basing it off of a 3k sq ft home. They asked and wife told them 2200, Zillow.com shows 2107. FALSE. We will never use again and strongly recommend anyone who decides to use them pay very close attention to how much they are quoted vs how much they are charged. read more

We requested a 'Deep Clean' for our empty house (we were fully moved out and wanting to get it ready to sell). Terrible cleaning results: clearly used too much solution on the tile floors and left streaks and sticky residue. Same with the shower door as well as the counter top. The supervisor did wipe down the shower door after recognizing the poor quality cleaning job but still didn't fully rinse the residue. When we had the supervisor meet with us so we could show her our concerns, she said "That's the best we can do". The supervisor had absolutely no intention of offering a refund (full or partial) and didn't offer to have it 'deep cleaned' a second time. So disappointing and a complete waste of almost $400. I'm so grateful I can have so many conveniences in life that free so much more time for me to focus on my work! Three girls came to clean my apartment and they did a great job. It's an apartment with 2 guys in it and they made it look so nice. I feel so much better coming home to a clean perfect house. They took care of everything my bathroom, tub, toilet and made my bed. They did also tie up my curtain on my window to let the light shine in. I thought that was a nice touch. I will definitely hire them to come back probably at a bi weekly time frame bcos I was so impressed with how they did in the deep clean. I would recommend them for cleans. I have never hired a housecleaner of any kind. So I was excited when I won $150 off a deep cleaning from an ad this company had on Instagram. It was the week before graduation that family was coming and I was slammed at work. So, when I was told what was included in a deep clean, I was ecstatic! I was a little surprised at the price I still had to pay...but it matched their website. Day of arrival, they were early. Sweet...but an hour later, they were wrapping up. I had to ask if they cleaned my ceiling fans - to which they were not pleased that two weren't done after they wiped (not mopped) the floors. At this point, I was so disappointed that my first time was less than great. No baseboard, window sill, sliding glass door window, spot cleaning on walls, doors, light switches, and entire office (den room) were touched. Two days later, I got a call asking for a rating to which I explained how terrible the cleaning was, and why it was important. The guy had the audacity to offer to come back for another deep clean at $250!! I waited a week before I was going to post -- to only get a text message offering a monthly service!! I've been overcharged 2 times, meaning more time trying to correct their error, I had paint taken off a door (I asked for the doors to be wiped down), baseboards not cleaned, missed cleaning an end table, not wiping down my bathroom. On a moment's notice (well 48 hours) I got a great crew to come and do a thorough cleaning of my home on the eve of my son's engagement party. Baseboards have never been so spotless. My fans were cleaned and the rest of the house shines beautifully. Now I must tell you that we have 3 dogs and just got done with an entire demo of our backyard. Let me start with this--the cleaning was almost always perfect!* Now let's swan dive into the cacophony of inexcusable, irresponsible, absurdly inept management practices leading to my dismissal of a beautifully branded (and might I add, scented like the Capri Blue Volcano Candle at Anthropologie *) budding upstart. I secured an initial discounted deep clean in June if 2019 during a promotional period on Instagram for $150 and selected weekly services for $89 thereafter. I was guaranteed the same team every week, a handful of air fresheners with every visit, and a guaranteed list of what would be cleaned weekly and rotated there-after. I have high expectations (which I disclosed up-front) and a couple of requests regarding shoes off in the home. the representative on the phone made notes, confirmed the capability, and was kind and helpful. 1. Our initial deep clean was a far cry from a deep clean. The blinds were dusty, the floor had bunnies under the beds and chairs, and the windows were not cleaned. The oven wasn't even touched which, I was informed after-the-fact, would not be cleaned considering the discount. I contacted the Perfect Clean to provide polite feedback, to which they offered to send out another team to do it again at no cost to myself. I appreciated the gesture and opportunity to try again, so we did. They next clean was perfect and I asked that the team assigned to my home be just as thorough and detail oriented. 2. We began our weekly service and quickly realized that the same team was not sent to our home weekly. The result was a disconnect in quality and a lack of consistency with the rotation of areas like blinds and baseboards. I called a couple of visits in, and was assured this would be rectified. 3. The weekend of July 4th, our scheduled team never showed up. I called to confirm, I was told there was a scheduling error, and the team would be back next week. Things happen and I understand entirely. During this call on July 5th, I requested that 20% of the $89 service be added to my auto-debit to tip for a weekly total of $107. We'll revisit this later... 4. Different teams continued to be sent to my home the next couple of weeks. I had to consistently call to confirm that team 4 be scheduled, as they were absolute rock stars. We finally get this ironed out into late July/ August and are on track--fabulous! 5. We hit a rough patch in September. Entirely unprompted. I'm billed $150 for a weekly service, so I call and am told I was billed the bi-weekly rate on accident and it will be credited it toward my next service. Next service, I'm billed $150 AGAIN. So I have to call to have this corrected again, and I also discuss line 6... 6. The same week of the second $150 debit, I receive an updated price list via e-mail. This price list increases my weekly service 67% and the total cost of a weekly service is just $10 shy of the bi-weekly cost. There was no longer any value in maintaining a weekly service, I expressed my sticker shock, and was informed the company had an accountant come in and reassess cost--the company wasn't making adequate profit versus the cost of cars/labor/supplies--all considerations that ought to be made with an initial business plan and not thrust onto the consumer months after services have been established. I ask if this is why I was charged twice at a higher rate, Michelle says no and this will be corrected the following week, and new prices wouldn't take effect until October. I stated I would have to discuss the increase with my wife, that the weekly service was already indulgent for us, and that the increase in cost of services wouldn't likely be practical weekly. 7. The final straw: My wife works from home on occasion and--given all of the inconsistencies, the double-charges the last two weeks, and the upcoming significant increase in cost, we were concerned the company was in real financial disarray--she asks our team if they received their weekly tip. Their shocked expressions said it all--they hadn't! I call Clean and speak with Colten whom states they've credited the overage back to my service for the day(they totally did!), the team has definitely received tip and they're following up with them, and for all of the trouble they would like to offer a free deep clean; which we refuse. I state we would likely cancel service. I reconfirmed cancellation via text on Monday. Colten promised that I would receive follow-up on the tipping issue. Never did, so I texted the team to follow-up--there was never a line item break-out for the tip on their paystub or increase in base. Long story short, splurge on the ACTUAL Blue Capri Volcano candle and choose a more established cleaning company. The Perfect Clean is merely a shiny well-curated Instagram campaign masquerading as a professional and organized cleaning institution. read more

I had been using them since they first came to the valley. I'll start with the good- car #1. Had them a handful of times and they were good. The car air freshener is great ( when they remember to leave them) Now the reason for the low rating- the first I would say 3 cleans and the deep clean were amazing! Then after that it just went down hill. Normal things were not done, vacuuming was hit or miss. Surfaces like kids dressers not cleaned. And then scheduling is an absolute disaster.... had to call every time to get a confirmation on the correct time. Along with them changing the rate to a new customer.... you would think that they would move existing people to a gradual raise. NOPE! Them coming through and cleaning our home was just what we needed. We have a 1900 sq ft home and they had an amazing crew of 4 out for 3 whole hrs cleaning. Our house looks immaculate! Extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of crew 1. They were absolutely wonderful. We will be signing up for the bi weekly service and will be requesting crew 1. This was our first experience having our home professionally cleaned and I am very pleased! They showed up on time (2 people for our 4300 sq ft house) and worked their butt off for 5 hours. I came home from work to a spotless home. They went above and beyond and cleaned things I haven't done in a LONG time. The girls that came did do a good job cleaning but it wasn't a "deep clean" and there's no way in hell that it should have costed $335! They didn't even clean the garage which is apart of a house. This was just a regular clean. A deep clean includes your entire home, outside and inside appliances and outside and inside cabinets. They didn't clean closet shelves which are full of dust. Also, this was the first time I hired this company to clean my home so I was expecting a warmer crew to come and explain to me what they will be doing because i had mentioned on the phone that this clean would determine if I was using them biweekly. I unfortunately don't speak Spanish and I'm in no way trying to sound ignorant but I was trying to talk to the girls and they didn't understand me and just ignored me and then started talking to each other in Spanish. I'm sorry, but that's rude and unprofessional! You are in someone's home, a new home at that. Communication is key and I just feel like If you want my business and have the nerve to charge that price, then everything should be held to really high standards and everything should be explained in detail what they will be doing and what type of clean they will do moving forward. Also, I haven't even received a follow up call to see how the cleaning was knowing that I'd be a potential biweekly client. The cleaning job they do is not bad. That said be prepared for them to leave chemicals and cleaning tools behind which is super great when you have a 2 year old running around. This happened almost weekly as we were on the weekly service plan. We also had a child with a medical emergency and got charged for cancelling less than 48 hours in advance. They do not answer the phones on weekends or holidays so if you hire them and need to cancel be sure to let your kids know not to have any medical issues on the weekends or holidays. read more

The problem I've had with this company is that I get a different crew each time and they are all so inconsistent. They are always so rushed, which is probably due to the fact that they have to clean three houses per day. The last crew that was here had two people and they were done in two hours for a 3800 sf house for a deep clean. How is that even possible? The toilet tanks were dusty, the tops of the bathroom counters still had hairspray residue and the floors were very quickly mopped. Our glass doors were left so smudged that you couldn't even see out of them in some areas. We think they must have used the wrong rag to clean them. They don't answer their phones on Saturdays or offer cleanings on Saturdays. We were supposed to have their "A" team and a supervisor come for today's clean since the last clean was so awful but neither their A team or the supervisor was sent.
