I asked if they could just add me onto the schedule since I was planning to patronize this business for a majority of the day, but they said they have no space and all I can do is just cancel the salt room experience. This was a terrible customer service experience, especially given that it was last minute and for a specific special occasion. I will never try to book anything here again, and I suggest that you avoid this place as well. UPDATE: they apparently still charged my account the full price of the services that I requested, despite saying that nothing went through. Despite saying that I only left the card in file, but they would never charge me before the services were rendered...stay far away from this place. Unable to provide the services, but they also don't want to give me my money back. They're trying to scam me out of my money. I am disputing these charges.

I called and scheduled an appointment with Lianne. First and foremost, do not judge a book by its cover. This place is small and not at all like a spa, but the services provided go beyond what a spa can do. Lianne is extremely knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She asked me a slew of questions to get an idea of what issues I was having and a sense of my history. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and at home before even starting the massage. The massage itself was out of this world! She really got in there and helped loosen my stiff neck up. It felt amazing. I honestly didn't want it to end so instead I made an appointment to come back. The owner, Jennifer, has done a wonderful job in making us loyal return clients. While I have never had a massage with Jen before, I have had one with Jessica (who sadly is no longer working there) and it has been nothing but stellar each and every time. I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the talent Welcome Relief has to offer now, however! When you walk in, the air smells like essential oils and bliss. While the business itself is small (I do know that they are planning on expanding or re-locating) it's a perfectly intimate fit for anyone. The decor is simple yet relaxing and the music really sets the tone for your massage.
