Spoke directly with owner, he came by the house and verified that no sod was installed but he would call back on Monday. No call, no sod. But we did receive a bill to be paid in full on May 9. Went to the office again (8th time at office) numerous phone calls. Baldwin turf is saying the job is completed, even though the owner physically saw it had not been done. Well we are in the last week of May, still no sod, but our 2 neighbors, one who ordered at the same time as us have theirs completed and the other ordered a month ago and they are finished already. No explanation as of yet. I do not like giving them a star when that is too high.

My co-worker sent me a pic of the bouquet, within the hour - quick delivery which was commendable. Also commendable - the bouquet was beautiful. Not commendable - it wasn't what I ordered. Also, the owner took liberties and added a couple of lines to the card. When I called to complain about the order not being correct, I was made to feel that I was wrong in what I ordered. She said it wouldn't have looked right the way I ordered it. I told her, if that was the way she felt, she should have called me to suggest a change to give me the opportunity to go elsewhere. When I insisted that I wasn't happy about the order being changed, she actually asked, "What do you want me to do? Do you want me to go to her house and take the flowers out of the bouquet?" (Very unprofessional) She kept insisting that what I ordered would not look good. I couldn't seem to get it across that she shouldn't have changed my order without my consent and that I resented her taking liberties with the card. I told her I didn't want to pay for an order that was incorrect. I finally relented and agreed to accept a credit on half the order out of concern that she would actually go to my co-workers house and take the flowers out of the arrangement. I'm a local been here since 1985 I don't know who this jerk thinks he is but I'm going to tell everybody I know that check your receipt because there's no telling what he's going to charge you and he's very very rude he's in the wrong business with his attitude.AND..
