Not only did the vet ensure, that the dog was ok, but he took us into account too. He explained in detail what would be done (with pictures and everything) and how and how we can help her to recover afterwards. They kept us informed during her stay via telephone, so we didn't have to worry. Molly had no apprehensions to go back to see the vet and in my opinion that counts for a lot. Sarah also does 1:1 sessions if you need extra help with a specific problem. Classes last an hour and are very organised - she will show you how to do exercises (such as sit, down, stay, recall) and you do them one at a time - great because you get 1:1 attention from Sarah but it does mean you have to keep your dog still whilst everyone else has their turn! Don't worry if you think that excludes your pooch - that is exactly what she is here to help with, controlling your dog. As well as lessons inside she will take dogs out for walks along the roads which is great practice. She does work dogs to getting their Kennel Club Good Citizen Awards, but you don't have to go that far if you don't want to. A six week course is £50 and you will join a group suitable for your dog's ability - beginner, intermediate or advanced. Its a lovely feeling when she asks you to move up a group! Apart from training your dog its great to meet up with other owners and realise that it isn't just your dog that is doing this, that and the other!

Upon arrival after waiting in queue for 5 mins, got to desk…read moreand the receptionist took phone call which lasted ages whilst she chatted about the price of food with someone else- very rude. When collecting dog, told to pick up at 4pm Arrived on-time for appt, kept waiting for 35 mins, no apologies. Was given a customised form for post op care with dogs name inserted, which was a nice touch, except that the form was for a cat! When returned for post op consultation vet thought he was giving annual jabs, had to inform why we were there, oh yes, "I remember" he said.... asked if he would inspect dogs ears and he gave me some solution to apply according to instructions, was charged £20.15 for 118ml bottle which is generally available for £7.22 To summarise they are rude, expensive and in-efficient. They look like they know what they are doing, but I doubt it!
