I have now been told by my brother's bank, the account will be closed and the funds will be sent to myself and my siblings. It is now February 2018. However, to get to that final step, I had to contact Mr Kings office once again, as they neglected to send me the actual affidavit, the court approved. Mr King's office only sent me the court signed document, with no names listed as the heirs. Mr King, nor his staff, never expressed any sympathy to myself for the death either. I was told this would be a quick process, and feel it should not have taken over 3 months.
