We had a very specific floor plan in mind, which required a guest house situation, so we figured we would look at used homes, before we went to a builder that we had in mind at the time, to see what was on the market. Of course there were very few homes that met our needs, so we ended up "giving" the team our deal with a builder that were were looking at prior to signing up with Cathy Stubbs Team. The builder ended up being a HORRIBLE experience as well, but we later found out, that our realtor did NOTHING for us in regards to being misled, and assisting us in the negotiation process, due to the fact that she was paid at sign of contract, and the builder marked up the price of our home, to accommodate the realtors cut. Needless to say, she didn't assist when a very serious situation went down during the building process, and she didn't even show up to closing. To top that off, we never received any thank you gift, just cards for more business ( since we have our other home for sale). We went to another group to list our other home for sale. I would NOT recommend this company.

We were referred to her by our realtor friend, and she spoke very highly of them. She was able to make special accommodations and provisions to ensure a smooth process. Communication with her team is phenomenal, very prompt and thorough. If she said that we would follow up on an item closer to the closing, she is on top of it. Overall, they are professional, friendly, detailed oriented and would definitely request them for a future closing.

So anyway, this is our fave realty office with our fave girl running it. Not greedy, always gets a good deal, always friendly to work with. And to think we just found her by accident. We first came here when we were looking for dentists, but over the last few years have visited literally every business in this plaza. Sadly there are businesses here that have closed up and shuttered and moved out, as well as some other stuff that clings to life and does just enough business to survive. It's important that you give them your business because so many have already packed up and gone. So there are lots of offices here such as Crown Dental and Rent-A-Center and others, and they do a good job keeping the rent low, and lots of interesting businesses have been located here and are still, in many cases. Definitely come here for your realty needs... as opposed to your reality needs in which case I'd stick to J-Woww and Snooki.

Everyone was super professional and responsive but also kind, honest and respectful. I have not had the best experiences in the past trying to buy or sell a home, but this experience working with GregTxRealty has shown me what a fantastic team can and should do for you. They have changed my view of working with real estate companies. I will say, I would only want to work with this group going forward. If you have to go through the buying/selling process, this is the team you want taking you through it. Phone calls answered or responded to immediately. Paperwork sent immediately. Questions & concerns responded to immediately. 10 stars! I can't imagine a better real estate experience.

My experience with Frontier Title Company was extremely disappointing and left me questioning the…read morelevel of diligence applied to my closing transaction. When I purchased my home, Frontier Title's estimate of the 2025 property taxes was off by approximately $3,000. For most homeowners, a $3,000 discrepancy is not a rounding error or minor oversight--it is a significant mistake that can materially affect closing decisions and financial planning. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response after the error was discovered. At closing, I was advised to reach back out if there was a substantial difference in the tax figures. When I later did exactly that, I was essentially told that resolving the issue was my responsibility and that I should work it out directly with the seller. There was no apparent effort to investigate how such a large error occurred, assist in resolving the matter, or take any meaningful ownership of the problem. Consumers rely on title companies because they are supposed to bring expertise, accuracy, and professionalism to one of the largest financial transactions of their lives. A company entrusted with preparing closing figures should not be off by thousands of dollars on a property tax estimate and then wash its hands of the situation once the transaction is complete. Mistakes happen, but accountability matters. What disappointed me most was not just the magnitude of the error, but the unwillingness to help address the consequences of it. I expected far more from a company that presents itself as a professional and reputable title provider.

We had not bought or sold a residence in over forty years, so we needed a lot of hand holding. Erin was amazing in handling everything we needed. She not only did a great job of supporting us in completing all the necessary paperwork, but also did so many extra things that were immensely valuable in both transactions. The excellent support included: 1. Evaluating the areas and options for our condo purchase. 2. Identifying key criteria to be considered in our purchase. 3. Identifying pros and cons of the different properties we considered. 4. Assessing the asking price and determining an appropriate offer for our condo purchase. 5. Evaluating the inspection reports for both the condo purchase and house sale. 6. Identifying house improvements important to the "curb appeal" of our house and also possible improvements that were not necessary. 7. Determining a good listing price for our house. 8. Recommendations for possible mortgage loan agents and contractors for remodeling of our new condo and improvements to our house. 9. Provided great pictures and advertising of our house to encourage potential buyers. 10. Availability to promptly address any and all of our questions. The end result of both our condo purchase and house sale exceeded our expectations. We were able to buy the condo "of our dreams" for a fair price and then sell our house within a few days of listing for our listing price. What we had feared might be a nightmare experience actually went very smoothly, largely thanks to Erin. We highly recommended her for real estate services!
