They had closed early at 5:45PM. The following morning I was told that they could not answer the phone because they were so busy. I hate it when someone I pay lies to me and I paid for a "rush" that did not happen. To fix my problem it would cost me more and then even more to back up my files. Then no guarantee that it would be fixed. I went to Computer Guy around the corner and he fixed it all with no fuss no muss. Even took the time to instruct me on a couple of separate issues at no charge.

I realized what had happened when I cut my foot open on a shard of glass and couldn't figure out where it and the small rocks that were in it came from only to realize my vase was missing. I contacted the company email but never got a reply at all. They did a good job cleaning the ducts mostly, except they didn't take off the covers for my cold air returns, so missed some of it. The company integrity is low in my opinion. I will likely go elsewhere for my next one.
