My brother can along and we had rooms next to each other. Upon arriving my brother went to unlock his door and the door was already open with the safety lock left between the door jam. My husband and I went into our room and one of the beds looked like it had already been slept in!! On the top covers and the sheets under! So we both slept in the other bed and it was broken! Worst night of sleep ever! In hindsight I should have gone to the desk and asked for another room!! But we were tired! So I let the desk know the next morning, especially telling them the first bed needed attention and fixed asap! I was told "sorry" with a lack of concern!!
