Today I stopped in with friends and the salesperson could not have been more disinterested in helping. Despite even wearing John Hardy on my visit I felt I was an inconvenience. She placed bracelets on my wrist and was unable to tell me the size. When I tried one on that I really liked but was too large, no offers made to check online inventory or special order a smaller size. I was told one of the items would be increasing in price by $300 tomorrow with the explanation of "everything is going up." I continue to love the jewelry but will stick to online or other options for acquiring pieces; this location isn't interested in a positive customer experience.

Stretching the waist as far as possible without popping off the button is 16" or a 32 inch waist maximum. The QM sizing chart says Medium waist size is 33" ± 2". I ware size 34. The shorts will not fasten. (There are other reviews I just saw complaining about QM sizing/quality control.) To make matters worse, when I looked into a return, my order is listed as a "Final Sale"!! This item was just put back in stock and is currently featured on the QM web site. As such it is cannot be returned. Nothing the the ordering process said this was a Final Sale item. In addition, to return a defective product without an exchange would be subject to a restocking fee. Plus, I assume it would be up to me to pay to return the defective product. I rate this company as incompetent for its Quality/Sizing issues and as dishonest for not clearly informing me that this was a Final Sale item. Order number 85839
