We found this place by chance (next to target) we are so happy we did! My four year old played her heart out from the moment you walk in it smells clean, and refreshing! I love the open concept for parents you can easily sit on the couches, while visibly watching your kids. This place was perfectly designed, and crafted for kids, snacks & refreshments along with staff that is very attentive, constantly cleaning, organizing & giving out friendly "hey friends" helping them' thank you for such a great establishment! read more

This place is so Amazing ! The kids went crazy for three hours. They had so much fun playing with other kids as well. The Huge bubble jump is super fun! Bathrooms are really clean. The place is desanatized often. The rock climb was fun, as well as the BIG oversized jumper. They have snacks and a small play area for little ones. And don't forget the two massage chairs are a treat for you! read more

My 3 1/2 year old loves this place! It's small enough to be able to see her wherever she's playing. You can come & go all day for the same price. They have great lunch area where you can even bring your own lunches & snacks. Keyla was so helpful & gave me great customer service. She extended a discount & we ended up buying a years membership! You will need to bring their brand grip socks so make sure you don't forget them! read more

My 3-year-old granddaughter was in town, so we decided to visit this location. It was simply amazing! Such a fun spot for small children. One price is admission for the day, so you could leave and come back if need be. The play area is amazing, children can jump, and climb, roll, swing, ride, bounce. It makes you want to be a kid again. The area is safe and secure parents stay with their children the entire time. If you need a snack/rest break there are table available, messages chairs for adults, and sofas. So, pack a lunch and make this outing a full day family event! Be sure to bring or wears grippy socks, no shoes allowed that includes adults! They do sell grippy socks and provide shoe coverings for adults if need be. 2023(18) read more

I recently visited this playground with my family, and it was a great experience. The area is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable letting the kids explore. We came here on rainy Wednesday afternoon and I was surprised it wasn't super crowded. My 1 and 3 year old loved it. Very nice staff they were super sweet to my two boys. It was pretty clean. My favorite part was actually the Montessori inspired spaces that had natural materials like the tree house area and the kitchen. Sometimes indoor play areas can be overstimulating but those two calmer areas made it so we could stay longer and really enjoy our time. We came after a long road trip and I completely forgot to pack snacks. I was happy that the snacks for purchase were not astoundingly expensive haha! It was our first day today. We were only there about 2 hours. It was a great space but the mechanics in a couple interactive areas weren't working. Also, they wouldn't let us upgrade from the day pass to monthly membership the same day while we were there. We would have to pay the full monthly membership on top of our day pass we already paid. read more

Brought my kids here yesterday, since it was looking like rain outside. Recently they implemented a new rule where kids need to wear the socks provided by the business. So you're looking at $22+ $4 for some socks. At nearing $30 you might consider taking them somewhere fancier. My daughter is 8 months old and does a tummy arm crawl, but doesn't quite crawl and most certainly doesn't walk. I was told that policy dictated she needed socks too, that was another $19 and $4 for some socks on a baby... I stayed in the young children's area obviously because I have a baby. I was sad to find the majority of toys didn't have batteries and were dingy. Stickers were worn off, they looked horrible. She's a baby though, so she didn't mind. My son had a blast and I will say the girls working there were really sweet. I did see a young man wiping down surfaces and certain toys while there too which was good. There is an area where you are supposed to be able to put lightweight plastic balls in an apparatus that sucks them up and has them travel through some piping. That wasn't working either. Overall-2/5 experience. I do need to say the enthusiasm and kindness of the employees is 5 star. They aren't responsible for ridiculous policies or purchasing decent toys. Get some better toys for the toddlers please for the love of God and less ridiculous policies for babies and socks. If you can, go elsewhere. There's plenty of indoor playgrounds scattered through San Diego with much more features that are worth the price paid. Even Legoland recently had $30 admission for kids with full adult price! Money much better spend especially when a lot of the amenities are down. read more

My family loves the playground so much I finally purchased a VIP PACKAGE which is well worth it as it never expires! I have three children that spend hours at The playground getting all of their energy out. They routinely change out toys/displays and have a gated baby area. I look forward to them incorporating more food in the future. read more

The playground is unreasonably expensive. We bought their required socks at a previous visit. When we visited again, we were told the socks were the wrong ones and we had to purchase their newest logo socks. I was told "they never had those previous socks," when they were bought here. I also have a newborn and am not allowed to bring my stroller inside, which is ridiculous. The place is clean, the staff are kind, and my children do enjoy it, but the price is unreasonable. read more

Okay, I don't normally write reviews like this, but Keyla totally deserves the spotlight! From the moment you walk in, you'll probably see her holding down the front--checking in a long line of parents and kids without missing a beat. And just when you think she'll take a breather, nope--she's off wiping down surfaces, tidying up, and making sure everything's spotless. But here's the part that blew me away--she actually plays with the kids. Like, really plays with them. She's not just supervising from the sidelines--she's in there making them laugh, keeping them engaged, and making sure they're having a blast. It's no surprise that when kids come back, they look around asking, "Where's Keyla?" She also takes time to talk to parents and make everyone feel welcome. There's just a great energy when she's around. If you're lucky enough to visit while she's working, you'll totally get what I mean. Places like this need more Keyla's! read more
