I've used the Poop Squad for nearly 5 years. What made me add this service? We were selling our home back in 2018 and I had a newborn, a toddler, 2 Boston Terriers, and was dealing with lots of showings. I did not want any poop in my yard to ruin the look & vibe of our beautiful landscape for any potential buyers. I originally started with 2 poop pick ups a week until we moved out of that home. It was a necessity for my sanity back then and now I just enjoy the extra help. They are reliable and pick up ALL the poop...and take it away. Lisa always follows up with a text to confirm she stopped by. On bad weather days she is sure to communicate in advance that she will do her pick up the next day...and she always shows up. I use her once a week now so I get 4 pick ups a month but she offers more days if needed. Oh, and she always makes sure the gate is closed so my fur babies don't run out. Our family is so fortunate to have crossed paths with Lisa and her pet waste removal company!! We have two fur babies, Max and Maggie, and they require and deserve a clean yard to roam around in. My husband had several eye surgeries last year and due to his recovery time was not able to take care of and constantly pick up after our pets. We reached out to The Poop Squad for help. Lisa is absolutely AMAZING! I contacted Lisa about the behavioral challenges we were experiencing with my sweet puppy. She thoroughly explained the training options as well as what the services were included in the training quote. My Belgium Malinois was no sweetheart but Lisa used specific training techniques and my sweetheart began her training journey. She communicated throughout the process as well as made regular visits with us to accomplish training obedience and potty training. My Bella is so better much now! I've been using Lisa for a few of months now! She's our life saver, as we've got 4 dogs, & with our back issues, it's a job done easier by using her! She comes every Mon & Fri my boys adore her, but I try to keep them inside when she's in the back yard. It's hard to fend off 2 Rottweiler puppies, weighting almost 100lbs each! Lisa is great! She's very good at communicating with her clients and when I was in a bind over the holidays she was able to help take care of my pups last minute.
