She gave them to me as I was the one who answered the door. I called Galbraith to ask what happened. Instead of an apology, the owner, she said she was, argued with me that they would never do that. Not till the end of the call did she say, what do you want me to do? I said don't argue and tell me what normally happens, just apologize that it did! At that point she gave a not sincere apology and I told her I would be reviewing this on FB and Yelp. She said go ahead so here I am.

Once I explained to the kind lady working what I was looking for and my price range she was quick to start building a custom bouquet with my grandmothers favourite colour. I normally quickly stop at the superstore for my flower needs when the occasion occurs but it is the same price here and much better quality.
