The staff who have been working here for years are always friendly, knowledgeable, and work around this shop like a well oiled machine. St. Jacobs is a beautiful quaint little town near Waterloo so aside from going to Picard's, you can also stop by the town (another 2-3 minute drive). Definitely worth visiting!
