Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. As i approached him and explained what had happened his first reaction was to be belligerent and tell me he didn't know if the rocks came from his truck as i proceeded to contact the Coweta county sheriff department he told me he was fueling up and leaving .The deputy arrived in less than a few minutes and asked the driver what happened "he stated that he didn't know if the rocks from his truck hit my windshield" however deputy Mceachern informed him about the rocks and concrete and debris on the bumper of his truck. i contacted the owner of JM roll off Daniel Mundy and explained what had happened and even told him to have his driver remove all the debris from his bumper. He had me send him videos of the debris and my broken windshield but has now stopped taking my calls for the replaced windshield.
