Had a lash lift done by Kristin about 2 weeks ago and they still look great! This was my first service ever for my lashes and I am pleased. Kristin was gentle and really kind. The space was clean and bright. They only had street parking just a heads up. The process took about 45 mins and it was hard not to fall asleep lol. They also take 1 guest at a time so when you come in, they lock the front door so no one enters and bothers your service. Highly recommend. read more

She did an amazing job! First of all, it is difficult for me to trust someone touching my face and with COVID going on, I feel even more uncomfortable. However, she is kind, professional, easy to talk, and very calming. She made me fee comfortable and I trusted her in doing a good job. First of all, she explained what she will do and what lamination is. I stated that my main goal was for my brows to match and she made it possible. In addition, she made sure to not thin out my eyebrows and to match my hair color. While talking to her I found out that this is her second location and that she has been in business for awhile. She recently opened this location and is taking new costumers. The salon is clean and very cozy decorated. She even gave me a balm and a brow brush for after care. Wow this lash studio is amazing! Kristin did a full natural set of lashes on me and I'm now doing regular visits. I was nervous to have my lashes done for the first time, thinking it wouldn't be worth the hassle and money, or that my eyes would get too irritated, but I was so wrong. Kristin put me completely at ease as soon as I walked in the adorable lash studio, and made the whole experience really fun. Had to update because the second time I tried to go here I ended up in the hospital the morning of my appointment. Due to their policy they took my money without me being able to go to the appointment. I explained to her that morning the second that I was going to urgent care before ending up in the hospital what was happening and she did not care. I begged and was given a credit that i could use only in that month however she only had one time slot available that I could not make. Katrina has been doing my eyelashes since last year. I always receive the best care and eyelash lift from her. I love her studio! It's bright and airy and super cute. The tables are super comfy. She welcomes me to every appointment on time and with a smile. She is very quick. I feel so comfortable and usually doze off as I'm getting my lashes lifted. I go every six weeks because I'm hard on my lashes surfing, swimming, working out, etc. But I find it makes my eyes pop just enough that I don't need to put on mascara every day unless I'm doing full makeup. Five stars babes look no further this is your lash and brow studio! I had my eyebrows laminated once with Katrina and she did an amazing job but they just weren't for me with all the water sports that I do.
