On entering the shop the bell rang to notify the shopkeeper that someone had entered the shop, well at least that's what I thought its purpose was. I looked around for a couple of minutes to see if there was anything I thought my aunt would like, also there were no prices on the flowers so I hoped in the time I wandered around the shop I would be offered some assistance. To my dismay I was completely ignored by who appeared to be the proprietor of the store a middle aged eastern European lady who was doodling about at the front desk completely oblivious to the fact that she had a customer wanting some assistance. I piped up and asked her the price for one of the floral arrangements and she mumbled back without even looking up at me £30, I was completely astonished by her sheer disregard and rudeness. I asked her are you busy? and to my astonishment she said YES! in a very rude tone. I was absolutely incredulous at her rudeness, you'd never guess we're in the midst of a recession when business owners would treat potential customers with such contempt. I wouldn't have even bothered to write a review but the whole experience was so unbelievable a full 3 weeks later it still is embedded in my mind. Would not encourage anyone to patronise such a poor establishment.
