She never took more than a couple of minutes to answer texts on her phone and always had a smile on her face. One of the best things of Karen was she always cut through the things that didn't matter like the decor and helped me find a house that had good bones in a great location and didn't have tons of reg flags when I go to sell later on. For those review who criticize her, I can't verify their claims but one of the best things about Karen is she brutally honest and won't let you buy a lemon and she knows one when she sees one. If she has ever told someone that they wont be able to find a perfect home or need to be willing to fix a things for the sought after price range, she's exactly right and I wouldn't get mad at her. She will never be rude though so I don't believe that. I noticed how "off" expectations are in the whole real estate process and sometimes you just need someone to be honest with you especially if you think your home is worth more than it actually is.
