I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. You can go in and email the content that you wish to have produced, and this Office will become your new best printer friend.

I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. One time I had to ship out a wresting mat which seemed impossible for me to find a box for and the Postal Connection clerk at the Indio location helped me find the perfect box no problem. AMAZING customer service from that young man along with everyone at the La Quinta Cove location. I know they have had some new hires which have been super sweet along with the Owner who gave me such good customer service i continue to come back to that store. I did not "become disruptive," but simply stated that fee was not reasonable and I wouldn't pay it. The clerk then told me to leave and never come back. Talk about an out-of-proportion reaction. The documents were in fact NOT scanned to my email, so the service was not provided. (I went to the library and scanned for pennies after I left this store). And the price is not clearly posted, should absolutely be stated up front to the customer regardless, and is TOO HIGH. $1 *per page* to scan a document is not reasonable. So, blaming me for an interaction I behaved appropriately in, and in which your staff person was reactive and rude, when you weren't even in the store, and going so far as to post that false accusation here, is all wild behavior. Just take a little accountability for your staff member's behavior and maybe reflect on the price you are charging for that service.
