Well, I now know that "QG" stands for Quintessential Gentleman, although I had no idea what "QG" stood for when I first came in for an eyebrow threading and tint. Butttt while it looks entirely like a boys' club, I have never been so pleased with my eyebrows! Latrice crushes it with her threading--and manages to tint my brows and lashes perfectly. I can't pretend that the leather chairs and "smell of rich mahogany" doesn't remind me of a fraternity for adult men. But I'm glad that there's a place that men can feel like they can enjoy spa treatments without being embarrassed or annoyed by gabbing groups of women. This place is absolutely amazing. A few of the earlier reviews gave this place a bad rap. Why? Honestly, I have no idea. Maybe because they're pretentious snobs and they don't get others sarcasm. That's my guess. From the onset of walking in the front door, everyone here has treated me with the utmost respect ..... they've treated me like I was somebody. My haircut appointment wasn't until 3:30 and as you guessed I arrived early. I was escorted to the top floor where they have an amazing assortment of bourbons and whiskeys. The bartender made me an Ol'Fashion that rivals a glass from Kentucky. I amused myself playing pool, then was once again greeted and then escorted to my appointment downstairs. Best haircut in years. She paid attention to my request and even recommended different styles. It's 4:30 ..... back upstairs, only this time to the cigar lounge. Not the best assortment of cigars but luckily they have two brands I like. I was given a smoking jacket (never worn one before but I really enjoy this feeling). Someone ask if they could get me anything. Sure how about another Ol'Fashion. Been sitting here since 4:30 in the cigar lounge listening to members talking about their day. What a day. I am feeling so incredibly blessed being here. I wish I was a member. Unfortunately, I'm from the mid-west just passing through. It's now 6:20 and dinner awaits upstairs. The food is consistently delicious. The cigar selection is amazing. The staff is reliably friendly and eager to help. Everything about the QG experience is delightful and personally fulfilling. The only thing more impressive than the actual QG experience is the visible tenacity and hard work of its staff and management during these most unpredictable times. We happened to stumble upon this gem just perusing Google Maps. What a find! My husband and I are self proclaimed foodies and we thought this was the probably the best burger we've ever had! By far, both near & wide... QG is the most racist establishment I have ever been to, in MD... and I've actually been in the 'Maryland Club' (so that should tell u something). Don't even get me started on the unprofessionalism. Don't get me wrong, get me right... IF u are of ANY non Afro-American ethnicity, u WILL be treated like a king up in here... but AA's - not so much. I have been in numerous times, expecting a 'welcoming' experience so I can attest to all these accolades. This wish has continuously been met with a feeling of, 'what are you doing here?' feel to it. A perfect example of their unprofessionalism would be the experience I had when i decided to have my jacket 're-waxed' you them. They offer the service to take ur broken-in Barbour jacket/ coat and send it off to Barbour to be re-waxed for you. Sounds GREAT, right? All excited with this service I go down to the QG and, as usual, walk into the reception area w/ 4 employees and several guys waiting for appts or to make various purchases. After I walked in, two other guys walked in. One employee was on the phone, two were talking to each other and one took a guy to his hair appt. everyone there before me was greeted & addressed. The two dudes that came in AFTER ME were greeted and their needs addressed. I think, 'this did NOT just happen. I say, 'umm, pardon me. I was here before these two and no one has said a word to me. I'd like to get my coat re-waxed. Where do I go have this done'? Both guys say, 'yeah, he was first'. The employee looks me up & down and says, 'oh, well THEY have an appt. I'll be with u in a minute'. WHAAAAAAAT?!?!!! Mutha @&$!#%'er you really DID say that. One of the two guys looked at me like, 'wow, dude, that was not cool'. He then insisted I be helped first. This girl had such an attitude about the whole thing. She grimaced and said, 'what do need again'? I point... 'The coat'. She says take the elevator to the shop' and goes back to the guys. Ummmm, what elevator? What shop? Who do I ask for? Where tha F*CK r u sending me?!?! I had enough of her and asked people and figured out where this tiny hidden elevator was and where the shop was located. I get up there and a well dressed young man was there. Greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained and he was excited bc I was actually the 1st customer to try this new Barbour service. He proceeded to tell me all the attention to detail they took and why QG was really poised to be 'THA PLACE 2 BE'!!! It was all quite eloquent. Very personal, Bergdorf Goodman type attention - which I loved. I hand him the jacket, he write down some info and says, 'U can pay when you pick it up'. Problem #1 - where is my claim ticket? He says, 'oh, u don't need one. Just give me ur name when u come. Problem #2 - what if you aren't working? He says, 'just give them ur name/ #. I say, 'I'm not comfortable leaving a $500+ jacket with you and in I have no proof it was ever left here'. He looks surprised and I explain what happened downstairs. He's embarrassed & apologizes (thanks but I don't care. Where's my claim ticket?) He then looks around and finds a claim ticket pad and writes EVERYTHING he can think of on this ticket. Cool! I'm satisfied. He said it should take several week and will call once it's in. Cool. Bye ... Fast Forward - it's now a month and no call. I call and ask for my buddy upstairs. He's not in. He's actually not in for the next couple weeks... And no one knows about this Barbour service so they can't help me. WHAT?!?! Manager please - I explain the scenario and she apologizes but doesn't know where he kept the info on the jacket. I tell her to call Barbour thru the # they have for the company. I want feedback IMMEDIATELY!!! (Glad I pressed the guy to give me proof). I never hear from this manager again. I call several times and she literally ignores the call... As in, I call, ask for her... The employee SAYS her name, 'this is Darren A. He's calling about a jacket again'. She tells him to put me on hold and NEVER picks up. WTF?!?! After several calls, I go down to the store. I demand to speak with her. She shows, I explain who I and she looks 'caught'. We go upstairs to the shop but she has no idea where the coat would be. That was fruitless. I end up CALLING BARBOUR, explaining what happened and the notify me that it WAS sent back to store two weeks prior. EXQUEEEZE ME?!?! They give me the pertinent info and I schlep BACK TO THAT CRAPHOLE OF A STORE and do this dance once again. This time, I am NOT leaving without my coat. I go in, demand the manger. We go upstairs and still can't find this coat. I ask her to call the guy that helped me. She can't... 'Cool. Then I will see you in court. QG had stolen/ misplaced / mishandled an item of mine and I want to be compensated. This shyt is ridiculous'. She excuses herself ... Comes back and gives me the coat. WHAAAT?!?! #DONE BEST PART: two weeks later, I get a call saying my coat (that I HAVE) is ready.. read more

I just started a new job in Baltimore, not four days ago. I figured I'd try to find a new barber here in town since my last one will be sorely missed. After reading a bunch of reviews for QG (some negative), I decided to schedule an appointment for a haircut and complimentary neck shave. Plus, I'm Irish, so the backstory legitimately hooked me. After I arrived I headed upstairs to find the pool table covered in stuff. Apparently the room was being redecorated. No big deal; I wasn't necessarily there to shoot pool, although with the morning off, it would've been a plus. I was called pretty quickly for my haircut, so that was a nice surprise. Like most guys, I'd rather not engage in small talk while I'm getting my hair cut. But after sitting down, I was barely acknowledged. She began cutting my hair without asking me what kind of style I wanted, even though it seemed like she was on the right track. The cut wasn't all that bad, and for a while, I felt decidedly more handsome (as promised by QG). Things took a turn for the worse when she pulled out the straight razor. I was pretty excited because I'd never had that service before. I was in the middle of wondering why it wasn't a modern service when I felt what was more than a little nick on the back of my neck. I knew there was some risk with that kind of blade, but figured I'd suck it up. Still, I was pretty appalled when she told me she was done. I asked, "Am I bleeding back there?" She looked pretty embarrassed that I called her out. I asked her how bad it was and if she could do something to stop it. She proceeded to run away and return with what I can only guess was styptic powder, which burned unexpectedly. "Okay?" she said. Rather than push the issue, I went ahead and headed downstairs to pay. Long story short, I left the store and felt the back of my head with my hand. I was surprised at how much it was still bleeding. I went back to my car for about 20 minutes and dabbed it with a tissue until it stopped. I thought, "What if I'd taken her word for it and just gone back to my new job bleeding all over my dress shirt?" It's too bad I'm terrified of confronting someone for doing their job poorly. In the end, the services were okay, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I don't think I'll be making QG my barber any time soon, and with this cut clearly visible, neither will my co-workers. read more

OK ladies, this one is not for you. This is an upscale, men's only, barbershop/ salon. The owner, Craig Martin, has really hit on a market that was lacking in Baltimore before he opened shop in 2005. While this place has been open for a while, it seems as if it is just hitting its stride as of late. I'm not sure what accounts for this as the place is LOVED by my boyfriend and all of his pals - they don't even THINK about going anywhere else now. Nestled right in Downtown Baltimore, it caters to upscale locals and any male that works Downtown and has time to get his hair cut/ nails trimmed/ beard trimmed, waxing, massages, etc... Don't be fooled by my designation of a "barber shop", this is a full service, relaxing, upscale place where guys will actually enjoy being well groomed and pampered without the self-consciousness of being in the same place as a gaggle of women or a whole wall of bright fingernail polish. While it is indeed upscale, the prices are not hoity-toity- a haircut starts at just $25 and a business manicure at $18. One other thing that the guys will like- you get a beer when you come in for your appointment. Should beer not be your thing, you are more than welcome to bring in a bottle of liquor and they will put your name on it and serve it to you when you come in. Should there be a wait for the services your booked, there is a beautiful pool table, chess board, and flat screen TV upstairs in a cozy, well decorated waiting room. Not many women get the "behind the scenes" tour of the place and I was lucky enough to have Craig let me look around a bit. I must say, even with all of the places women can go, I left this establishment feeling a little envious of the service, quality, and fine touches that Craig has put in to the place. A def. 2 thumbs up with the only down side is that there is little (free) parking in Downtown Baltimore (there is a garage on the side of the building). read more

I've praised this establishment so much that I actually have "man dates" with friends who want to go with me next time I make an appointment. The staff is professional, very friendly, and despite their upscale surroundings, never uptight. My last visit I ended up staying for almost an hour (for a haircut that took about 10 minutes), talking with my barber about Baltimore, and our love of baseball. For just $25 you can walk out with a spiffy new haircut, a shave around the neck and ears with a straight razor, and a hot towel rub when finished. Lots of other services for those so inclined. This place has potential but for now it's just the ugly step-child to the Grooming Lounge in DC. Yes, they carry all the requisite products, and even have a pool table and bar with drinks. But the talent that I've experienced so far is lacking. I've had two people cut my hair and neither were particularly good. Not bad mind you, but not what i'd expect for an establishment billing themselves as a higher end gentleman's barber shop. is it cool that they use straight razors on your neck and side burns? sure. is it cool that they have mini TVs at each station? sure. is it cool that they have their own branded stuff to sell as well as a bunch of other products? sure. I'd be giving this a 1, but the customer service here is good, that's about it.. I've had my hair cut here several times , over the past few years, and each time I leave, I think "I'll be wearing a hat the next two weeks". You pay 40 dollars, for what any other barber shop in baltimore would charge 16-18 for. The difference here, it seems as though everyone went to cosmetology school and not barber school, because when I asked for a razor part, she made it a half inch wide at the front! I was so embarrassed. I basically had to say "don't worry about it, you can't change it now, it'll eventually grow back". I wish this place could cash checks that its appearance is writing. I honestly hope I'm never in a spot where I need a hair cut, because I will have to tell them to just buzz my head, because asking for what I want " I even provided 4 pictures from my last cut to the barber" and still didn't get what I asked for. read more

I'm writing this on behalf of my too-kind husband (who has amazing thick hair). This place is lame and overrated. The first haircut he got there, he took a photo and they completely missed the mark. They brought up his neckline over an inch (which is sooo weird, why would they do that?!) and cut big circles around his ears. Literally, it looked like it was the first haircut someone had ever given. He said the appointment was really quick, too, which is annoying when paying a decent amount. They clearly didn't take any time on the fade part - it was all one length which didn't grow out very well. Remember, nice husband? He went back to give them a second shot. He took a photo. It was like they didn't even look at it. They gave him this generic almost marine look. The photo clearly had at least 2.5" of hair on top. He came home with barely 1". This is where you go for overpriced average, predictable, lame haircuts. So so disappointed. This is why he'll be getting haircuts in DC from now on. read more

I've been a QG customer for years. I'm thrilled that the business is doing so well. Their expansions are welcome and wonderful, and I love seeing such a unique local business grow. Other people have gotten into the "experience" of the shop, so I'll talk a little more about services. There's more than just these. They have a whole retail section, and a spa that I have used very little of. I can only comment on the services I've used, so my comments are below. I tend to be a loyalist. If I have a good experience with a person, I will return to them as long as I possibly can. Brenden is my barber. Great dude, hell of a barber. That's all there is to it. We have similar styles and similar taste, and I'm always confident I'll leave his chair looking great. I had long looked for a good tailor in Baltimore. I've tried maybe eight other tailors before I found Earle. I have especially long arms, a +3 ape index makes for good climbing and poorly fitting shirts. Earle is the best. Nicest guy, very easy going, and knows exactly how to make me look good. He also makes me *feel* good. I walked in one day and he commented, "Jehan. Your wardrobe is just....mmm.... Perfect." And I smiled, realizing he's largely complementing his own work. That dude. Recently, I've started seeing the aesthetician, Emma. My wife told me I need to get my eyebrows in check, and the QG helps with that, too. Emma is spectacular as well. Easy to talk to, and easy to work with. I actually look forward to seeing her, which is kind of strange for a guy who isn't really thrilled he's getting his eyebrows waxed. Here's the thing. I've always hated getting my hair cut. I hate going to a salon and sitting in the waiting room flipping through stacks of stupid haircut books. Hated awkward conversation while being nervous I'll get a terrible cut, and then the awkward attempts to upsell. The QG is an experience that makes the whole thing pleasant. There's no upselling; they provide great services and make them available if you want them. It is more expensive that many places, but in my opinion, it's an experience worth paying for. read more

I started going to QG 3 years ago when I wanted to experience a straight razor shave for the first time in my life. It's been my home away from home ever since. I've had the chance to see QG grow and each time I go back it's gotten better. The staff is friendly and attentive, willing to chat with you as much as you are to them. I've gotten cuts from a few of the barbers: Jackie is a fun gal who has great attention to detail, Sam has a great classic technique and style, and Frank's got barber in his blood. While I haven't gotten my haircut by all the barbers, from what I've seen I don't think it's possible to get a bad barber or bad cut at QG. As for other services the hidden gem of the shop is Rikki, the masseuse. It is worth your time and money to set up an appointment. Your aches will vanish and all will suddenly seem right with the world. Other than that there's a pool table, cards, multiple televisions. It might seem weird, but I like to go with my friends and hang out, drink some beers, and leave the world behind for a while. It's a fortress of comfort and solitude on Calvert. read more

Everything about the QG is top of the line and professional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and offered a beverage (complimentary with a service). If you arrive early you can enjoy a coffee or beer upstairs while shooting pool or watching sports on one of the many TVs in the lounge. I've been going to the QG once or twice a month consistently since my first cut almost a year ago. Justine gives the best cuts in Baltimore. I've tried a lot of places in the city only once, meaning that they've been underwhelming to say the least. Justine has taken the time to know exactly what style and cut works best for me based on my facial structure and hair composition. She is a true professional. After a fresh cut with Justine I notice an increase in double-takes and smiles from women. What more could you want? The QG also makes it easy to get a quick touch up in between cuts for a low cost, which is great if you have an event. read more

Great place, I started going here right when they opened in 2005. Now that I moved away I fly 3000-6000 miles just to get my hair cut here. Request Sam, is does an excellent job, is rather fast and is great to talk to while getting your hair cut/shave.... Right when you walk in you will be greeted by the friendly staff and offered a drink (beer, liquor, coffee...) on the house. There is a nice selection of shaving products along with a decent cigar selection. Nothing like having a nice drink, cigar and going upstairs to play pool, really relaxing and enjoyable environment. My coif was the equivalent of an old rusty '92 Lebaron sitting in someone's backyard. Then, I met Ebony who, like a follicle-based Xzibit, pimped my scalp. I now walk the streets with envy and respect, and I have her to owe for it. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for a haircut no matter where I move. I've been back twice since my initial review, and things are really looking up there. I got a great shave by Frank Padilla, who is a third-generation barber and really knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him. They've also increased and enhanced the merchandise they offer. Oh, and there are now nice paneled wood dividers between the stations, which gives a much more private feel. And I haven't encountered blaring TV's again. The shop's not perfect, but it's really quite good. The owner obviously has a great vision for his business. This review is for the QG's tailoring services. I had a suit that I hadn't worn in a while and due to some lifestyle changes it had gotten pretty big on me and looked sloppy when I put it on. I'd heard some very positive things about the QG's tailor so I decided to give him a try. I'm not the best qualified to judge the finer points of tailoring work, but my suit looked and felt great when I got it back. The price was a bit high, but it wasn't excessive for the quality of the work. As a bonus I was promised my suit back in two weeks but got it several days early. read more

Just got back from my first trip to the 'Quinntessential Gentleman' in Baltimore, MD. In my opinion everything on the website was delivered as promised. Very safe area in the middle of downtown, with a close stop on the Charm City Circulator (Light St.). Due to a little luck with the timing of the bus, I arrived about 25 minute early for my appointment. Which was fine with me since the waiting area has drinks, a pool table, magazines and ESPN on a flat screen. Haircut service itself was top-notch and completely exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the ability to look up all available appointment time slots and book it online was a plus for me! :) Needless to say I will be going back next month. read more

So far I came here about 4-5 times. My brother-in-law recommended this place to me because of the quality hair cuts and many other services that they provide. The services include: massages, retail shopping, shoe shining, and much more. I've only gotten a haircut from here but i'm always tempted to buy something on the first floor (They have pretty sick belts!). Marry Horton has been my hair cutter all four times. She's easy to socialize with and she helps me decide what to do with my hair, since I'm so indecisive on what to do with it. In addition, I would often have questions on what types of product to buy on how to make my hair look a certain way. She would easily give me suggestions on pomade/forming cream. Parking may be tricky so read here...Parking is actually the only thing I dislike about the QG. Parking information (as provided by a QG email): Street: Mon - Fri 10am to 2:30 pm and 6:30pm on Saturday/Sunday: All Day Rate: $2 per hour Valet at the Hampton Inn and Springhill Suites. This is my go to place for a haircut largely because I stick with one guy here who knows how to cut my hair the way I like it. But it's out of the way (i.e., I don't live in the city) and parking is a bit inconvenient. Parking is street although there are some garages as well as an arrangement between the establishment and other parking services. Check website. That said, parking is really not too bad, just a little intimidating. Services are a-plenty but I just stick with cut and wash. This also includes hot towel to face, neck shave, and general pampering. A complimentary drink is always offered upon arrival. The decor is that of a gentleman's club. Pool table upstairs for anyone who comes early. TV, magazines, the usual fare. It really is a cozy man cave oasis to just chill so if you're bored, come early and just do that! There are also some spa offerings which I have yet to try. Prices seem reasonable, haircut and wash is $30 including tax, not including gratuity. The owner is around a fair amount of time although maybe not around as much now as before? Anyway, he's always friendly and seems hell-bent on making sure the customer has a good experience. The staff is professional and well-kept in appearance. This is my go to place for my haircut. And if I feel like a pedicure sometime, maybe I'll check it out. I've been a client here for about four years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a haircut. Craig has built a great business focusing on a quality product and outstanding service. He has an amazing, friendly, and attentive staff who make sure that each visit is a great visit. Although my job requires me to shave every day, when those occasions arise when I've got a few days' growth on my face, it's always nice to get a straight razor shave whenever possible. I had never really gotten too much satisfaction out of a haircut before going to the QG and working with Brendan. He cut my hair for almost 3 years while I lived in the area and finding a new barber was one of the harder things to get adjusted to after I moved away. Brendan and the QG also introduced me to safety/DE razors and now I actually enjoy shaving. Brendan is an excellent barber and does a great scissor cut with very little input. Sitting in that chair and shooting the breeze while sipping a complementary beer is a great way to unwind after a long day of work. Genuine, not forced, conversation that compliments a great cut. Straight razor for the back/neck area with warmed shaving cream is a bad ass touch. I stopped by recently since moving away and got the same quality cut and experience that I expect from him and the QG. The one gripe I used to have about the experience was the parking situation, but that's fixed now that they work with the garage around the corner for a discounted rate. Go. My wife and I visited Baltimore recently. We had the good fortune to pick a YELP rated spa near our hotel, the Hotel Indigo. We booked a couples massage for an hour. I actually remember when this was just a little one room studio/barber shop type of place and word was just getting out about how awesome this place was. Fast forward so many years later and The QG is as hip, trendy, and popular as ever. Craig has done a great job molding his business idea into a wonderful patchwork of salon-type services geared towards men (and even women). I recently lost contact with my old hair stylist, so of course The QG seemed like the logical place to go to try to get a haircut that wouldn't make me feel like I had to sport my O's hat for the next 3 weeks. I was assigned to Ebony, and I must say she was really awesome. She took the time to understand the professional look I was going for, while still maintaining a sense of style to help me get the mature, yet cool look I was going for. Certainly, one of the best haircut experiences I have ever received. I really left looking so good I had women crawling over me left and right. At one point it started getting so bad, I had to start issuing tickets for these woman to wait in line. But seriously, I left feeling and looking great and will certainly be back again. read more

Spa Review: Our first time in Baltimore and my husband came across this place for us to get massages. The massage wasn't horrible, but I've definitely had better/more relaxing experiences at other spas. I think next time we're in the area we'll look for another spa that better suits us. QG provided amazing spa services to my spouse. He truly enjoys the QG experience. In an effort to heighten the experience, I worked closely with Mitch , Director of Client services to host a gathering of friends for my spouses birthday. Mitch coordinated the spa services and helped me surprise my spouse for his birthday. I am so grateful for how everyone assisted in making this surprise meaningful especially Mitch. His communication throughout the planning and hospitality shown on the day of the gathering was splendid. read more

When I came to Baltimore a few years ago, finding a decent place to get my hair cut wasn't such a high priority. My friends were going to regular barber shops around town and they encouraged me to do the same. However, after a particularly awful experience at a place called Hair International, I decided to look for a more reputable establishment. I bounced around from barber shop to barber shop based off of online reviews. While most locations got the job done, there was always something missing. Either the attitude was off or the environment was uncomfortable. Finally one of my friends mentioned that he got his hair cut at a place downtown called Quintessential Gentlemen. The name alone was intriguing so I made an appointment. The first thing you should know is that QG is not a regular barber shop. It's more of a spa catered to men. The location takes up multiple floors. They offer hair cuts, massages, manicures, pedicures, shoe shining, tailoring and a whole host of other services. The customer service is phenomenal and very attentive - they offer you drinks once you enter. The decor is welcoming and even includes a billiards table and an area to practice your putting while waiting. All of that aside, I went in for a hair cut and that's what I got. I haven't been to a different barber shop since. My hair stylist was Justine and she did a fantastic job. Communicating what I wanted and how I wanted it was simple and she worked with me to provide a clean, professional cut that I liked. She knew what she was doing and she always had something entertaining or informative to talk about which made the process feel much more relaxing. Plus, she also cuts Justin Tucker's hair. After a few more hair cuts at QG, I felt like I wanted to take advantage of some of the other services they offered. I never had a manicure or a pedicure done so I gave it a shot. Diana took care of both and although I was apprehensive about getting a professional pedicure, she quickly changed my mind. My nails looked spectacular and felt great. You might not believe it but people really notice your nails and everyone kept complementing me on how great they looked. Diana was also a wonderful conversationalist so it was well worth my time. Finally, I decided to stop by the QG tailor shop run by Earle. I feel that finding a good tailor is almost important as finding a good barber which is why I'm glad that QG offered both at the same location. Earle was fantastic at tailoring a few of my suits and his fastidious attention to detail really showed. He immediately spotted that something was wrong with a jacket I was wearing which had already been tailored at a location in Charles Village. The previous tailor messed up the back of the jacket but Earle was able to fix it and provide me with advice on how to maintain it. Overall, QG is a fantastic barber shop and I really enjoy coming here; however, it isn't for everyone. The prices on some of the services are higher than other barber shops. A hair cut is a hair cut but what QG offers is an environment. That's what you're paying for. If you don't like to have conversations with the people cutting your hair or doing your nails while watching TV and drinking something refreshing, then this place isn't for you. The stellar customer service and comfortable environment set this place apart and if you enjoy those things then you'll love coming to Quintessential Gentlemen. read more

Terrible customer service. Sad that you can't find good employees anymore. When you call they're not pleasant and then even worse when you arrive. The hair cut was ok but not worth the hassle of being treated so poorly. You're paying then and they can't smile or treat you well.
