As the last yelper said, this little bookshop is a bit dowdy. But in the hussle and bussle of London, with a sleek Waterstone's within an easy walk away, I find the Quaker Bookshop to be incredibly endearing and more than a little refreshing. It's quiet, with friendly people and an interesting eclectic stock of this and that. The coffee shop was a nice touch, and I frequently enjoy a purchase and my coffee in the garden outside. If you've got a layover in Euston station, or even down at King's Cross with some time to kill, this is a nice place to step away from the insanity and just relax. read more
